PA Rachel Palmer is very kind, courteous, and actually listens to what you have to say and wants to know how you are doing. She has an excellent bedside manner and gave me information on an alternative to CPAP therapy because CPAP therapy was not working out for me. I wish she could be my primary care doctor, that's how kind she is! You can tell she loves her career too.

She is a little lacking in how long it takes to get an appointment for an in home test. Livonia was 3 months out. Ypsl was a month

Rachel was excellent! I felt like she explained everything to me very clearly, but not in a way that I felt overwhelmed by all the information.
