I accompanied my mother to her follow-up appointment regarding her recent echocardiogram. Unfortunately, our experience with Rachel was disappointing. She came across as cold and rushed, and did not allow my mother the opportunity to fully describe the sensations she was experiencing in her chest. At one point, she instructed my mother to "just answer the questions," which only heightened her anxiety. Even the attending resident appeared taken aback by Rachel’s demeanor. Based on this interaction, we will not be requesting her for future care.

My appointment with Rachel was a great experience, she is very nice and was very compassionate about my check in experience. I was scheduled to have a carotid arterie scan at 10 followed by my appointment with Rachel, they apparently changed my appointment for that and also changed my appointment with Dr Hsu's office and did not inform me. They were made to separate days also, I have a 1 hour drive. In asking the receptionist on Dr Hus's side, she got very snippy with me and informed me my appointments could not be on the same day, and would be 2 months out. I told her that I didn't care when they were if I had to wait longer. She then found time in 3 weeks and ptinted out a appointment schedule and handed it to me. I told her thank you and she didn't acknowledge that. Rachel and her nurse felt very bad for the way I was treated and apologized over and overI don't know the Receptionist name
