My appointment with Rachel was a great experience, she is very nice and was very compassionate about my check in experience. I was scheduled to have a carotid arterie scan at 10 followed by my appointment with Rachel, they apparently changed my appointment for that and also changed my appointment with Dr Hsu's office and did not inform me. They were made to separate days also, I have a 1 hour drive. In asking the receptionist on Dr Hus's side, she got very snippy with me and informed me my appointments could not be on the same day, and would be 2 months out. I told her that I didn't care when they were if I had to wait longer. She then found time in 3 weeks and ptinted out a appointment schedule and handed it to me. I told her thank you and she didn't acknowledge that. Rachel and her nurse felt very bad for the way I was treated and apologized over and overI don't know the Receptionist name

My only complaint is every time I've needed to call, Ive spent over 30 minutes on hold before anyone answers the phone. I feel that is unacceptable

This was a new Doctor for me. My regular Doctor Rough didn't see me on this visit I asked why I wasn't getting a EKG she said she didn't think it was necessary. I have always had one every year until now, then she said would like one I declined as I thought it should be routine. I felt like I was putting her out.

She didn't let me talk about my problem. Kept saying she had a job to do and what I said wouldn't make a difference.

Rachel took the time to stay in the room with me and did not seem to rush out. She listened and talked to me about my concerns. I wish more providers would take time to spend with their patients like this.
