She didn't let me talk about my problem. Kept saying she had a job to do and what I said wouldn't make a difference.

Rachel took the time to stay in the room with me and did not seem to rush out. She listened and talked to me about my concerns. I wish more providers would take time to spend with their patients like this.

Had to call 2 to 3 weeks after each test to hear results. This caused a lot of extra stress! Would have appreciated a call even when results were normal rather than having to call them.
