Rachel listens carefully, explains things clearly and always provides helpful advice to help me reach my healthcare goals. She gives me the latest information on treatments I have been on for years before I came to this practice and has made changes to see that I am following the current guidelines. This has been very beneficial. She follows up with all test results in a timely manner.

I was having some problems breathing, feeling discomfort In my chest. Ms Meltzer listened to my breathing, heard congestion in my first breath breathing, and after more deep breaths--as she listened, the congestion went away. I was pleased to know it was not my heart. She suggested some over the counter medications I could take.

This visit was a follow up to an ER visit I had 2 nights before the visit. Based on the findings in the ER. Rachel ordered follow up labs and imaging to be done after I have finished when I finish a course of radiation next week. That's why no one followed up about the test results. They won't be performed til after 5/18.

I found this provider after a long search following the retirement of my previous provider who I saw for more than 20 years, Thereafter, I saw at least three who did not meet my expectations. Now that I am with my current provider, I am fully satisfied.

Rachel Meltzer was great, but I had to wait over an hour (85 minutes to be exact). My appointment was for 2:15, but while I was there I got a message that the appointment was for 2:45, and then while seeing her, her screen display indicated a 3 pm appointment. I was actually seen after 3:30. Every thing else was fine as this was my first visit with her.
