First visit was a very good experience for me. She explained and answered all my questions. Appointment lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. Scheduled another appointment in 1 year

She’s excellent at treating patients with the utmost care! She listens to you and never talks in doctor language. I really enjoy seeing her on my visits. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking her help.!

Rachel is great but the cardiology dept scheduling is a joke. When referred for urgent appt, 14 days would be too late for most urgent. It was for me! Just like these surveys fall on deaf ears. Never thought it could be this bad!
