My experience with Dr. Rachel Bushey,OD was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and thoughtful. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it from the start of the exam until the end. She answered all questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The new clinic is wonderful! The provider was very good, seemed very thorough and professional. She has a very quiet voice and I had a hard time hearing her. She did not keep her volume up even though I told her I was having a hard time hearing her!

Very happy circumstances led to my seeing her. Having the reschedule on line really helped with the ice/snow storm we needed to clean up before getting and there happened to be an opening that afternoon. Very helpful.

Very kind and courteous, but she may want to talk a bit louder as she has a very quiet voice and I would expect some people may have a hard time hearing her. I had to listen closely.
