I really enjoyed speaking with Dr. Kramer. She is very passionate about the people that she helps. She knows she can help people. I was at a point where I just didn't know where to turn and she was referred to me by a colleague of hers. I find her phenomenal. I am excited to be a new patient of hers. I would recommend her to every woman going through menopause. I think she is fabulous, outstanding, and I can't say enough good things about her. I'm so happy I made the appointment and look forward to having her look after my health moving forward. Thank you so much, Dr. Kramer, for helping me.

Dr. Kramer was incredibly attentive and truly made me feel heard and understood. I feel completely confident in the treatment plan she suggested; I know I'm in good hands and that she will be there to guide me and tailor the care to my specific needs!

Dr. Kramer was a rock star and was very professional and did everything that was needed to get a good biopsy from my cervix & to get a good Pap smear to be read by the specialist the 1st time within a timely matter. Dr. Kramer did a great job and my test results were benign and were very informative for the specialist to get readings the 1st time. I'm very pleased and thankful.

Friendly & professional office staff. Clean facility. Very comfortable exam room. Dr. Kramer was wonderful. She is kind, caring, and a great listener. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Excellent First Appointment I recently had my first visit with Dr. Kramer, and I left feeling completely at ease and optimistic. From the moment I walked in, her staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Kramer took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions about my symptoms and lifestyle. She explained menopause treatment options in clear, understandable terms and never made me feel rushed. I appreciated how she balanced medical expertise with compassion, giving me confidence that we're building a plan tailored to my needs.

I feel very well attended, especially by my doctor Rachel. And also all the staff. Doctor Rachel is very affectionate. That counts a lot. I have a question for you. Why isn't hormonal modulation done for women between 40 years old who still have menstruation, but who already have the problems of hormone decline?

I am just so thankful for the doctors and care team at Exuberan. While sadly the advances in perimenopausal /menopausal women are not what they should be, it is nice to know that there are doctors and practices out there that are willing to leverage what is available to address the symptoms of women, my age.

I was late because I could not find the building, I was greeted kindly by staff who was professional . MD allowed my visit despite my lateness . MD was very thorough , kind caring and made me feel like I was the only patient she had that day. My visit was very positive and I felt very heard and cared for. thanks a million! [PHI]

Dr. Kramer had great bedside manner. When I expressed that I was somewhat "embarrassed" about my situation she made me laugh by saying something humorous. I look forward to more visits with her.

I appreciate that Dr. Kramer took the time to ask personal questions and really listened to what I was saying. I like that she used a notebook instead of the computer, which is often a distraction for doctors. She made me feel very comfortable!

Dr. Rachel Kramer is an outstanding doctor. I live an hour and 15 minutes away from the office, each way, having us drive two and a half hours total. And she is worth every minute of it. She's a wonderful person and an outstanding physician.

I'd just like to say that I was very impressed with Dr. Kramer, very impressed with her staff, especially the girl at the front desk who checked me in, helped me out checking my insurance. And I'd also like to say that I have three daughters and I came home from my appointment, and I was very enraved about Dr. Kramer and suggested that they all maybe become future patients of hers.
