The nurse practitioner was professional, well prepared, and clearly familiar with both my imaging history and the broader clinical context of my case. She listened carefully, communicated clearly, and created an environment where questions could be discussed openly and thoughtfully.I particularly appreciated her ability to address a complex situation without oversimplifying it. She demonstrated sound clinical judgment, acknowledged uncertainty where appropriate, and helped me better understand the rationale behind the surveillance plan and ongoing evaluation. I left the visit feeling that my concerns had been heard and that the discussion was both meaningful and productive.

Rachel Jenks provided excellent care. This was my first visit to a Hopkins Health center and I was very impressed. Rachel took her time and was open to discussion and assessments of my health issues in a clm and extremely comforting manner. I look forward to continued work with Rachel to keep track of my health and Urological issues.
