From the moment I starting meeting with NP Rachel Gray-Nelson, the level of professionalism was evident. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to conduct a thorough and accurate assessment, which ultimately led to an effective treatment plan. I felt complete confidence in their judgment and approach to medicine.
Her communication and bedside manner was exquisite. She never rush appointments and listens actively to all my concerns, ensuring every question was answered clearly and patiently. She truly exemplify what excellent medical care should be.

We had a thorough discussion about my recent health issues. She was able to give me some clarity on some of my medications and order needed tests. She is a very understanding and patient person. I ever felt rushed or unsure of the directions I was being given.

If your blood pressure is a little high, she explains to you what you need to do about it. (Loose a little weight, take walks after dinner, drink more water, cut potato chips from your diet). She’s great.👍🏽
