I saw her before for a painful condition so she knew me and it helped alot

This was our first meeting but I felt she had reviewed my history and was familiar with my eye condition. She did not continue ordering tests that seemed unnecessary at this time. She communicated to me very well and I left with a sense of being examined thoroughly and competently. She was easy to talk with and she explained things as she went. I’m very happy to have her as my eye care physician.

After provider dilatated my eyes she told me it would be 10 - 15 minutes and she would be back. After 25 minutes she returned without a saying a word about the long wait. She was thorough but seemed rushed.

Besides talking extra time with me and answering all my questions, Dr. Glanville was also personalble, kind and telaxed, which is nice to see anywhere and somewhat rare in the doctors ive seen in SSM. A very welcome change!
