strange that she did the eye test after dilating the eyes, never had it performed that way before

Dr Granville was professional, knowledgeable, polite and thorough. However, I felt she was rushing; like she had a full schedule and did not have time to make a personal connection. Since this was my first appointment with her, I wanted to have a sense of being welcomed. Perhaps the system does not allow time for that. If that is so then the system is lacking. As a retired health professional, I expect more from my health providers beyond just addressing the physical.

Rachel worked well with me and discovered my RX for eyes had changed and gave me a new RX that should improve my vision when I get new glasses (which I have already ordered)
