Rachel took the time to talk with me and learn about my medical history. It was not rushed. She made me feel like a person, versus a number to get in and out. Her nurse was kind helpful and open. I had a very good first impression of the practice.

Rachel was knowledgeable about all of my conditions and medications, and she clearly understood the process of the entropion surgery for which she provided a medical clearance.
