I love your clinic and Dr. Squier but I do not like the fact that I cannot see my actual surgeon for my post surgery check. The PA told us something entirely different that was done to my jaw than what the Doctor told my husband right after surgery so that was questionable and confusing. It is also frustrating not being able to see Dr. Squier at my next appointment in 3 months.

tha only downfall is my drive it is a ~300 miles round trip. I found everyone from Lori the appointment person and all the staff to be very professional. [ ] with TMJ

Rachel Vines is extremely comprehensive and thorough not only with her exams but with her explanations. I walk away with all the knowledge I need to make an informed decision about my care and clear instructions on next steps in the treatment plan. Rachel is the best!

The wait was extremely short, the staff were very compassionate and went the extra mile to made sure my issues were not just addressed but done so with as little stress to myself as possible.

I got my appt time mixed up and arrived just before lunch. Rachel Vines was so kind and met with me instead of requiring that I return later. So helpful since I am paralyzed and trips are difficult for me.

I entered the building using a wheelchair and was greeted immediately. A lady behind the desk checked me right in, then pushed my wheelchair to the location I needed be in. My stitches were removed pain free thanks to the very patient nurse and tech. They were very friendly and got me out of there in a matter of minutes.

I really appreciated the fact that there wasn't a long wait. The entire staff were polite and helpful. The PA was great at explaining things, answering my questions and listening to my input and concerns.

This was my first visit to UAB Hoover Oral Surgery. The staff provided prompt, efficient and professional service from check-in through making follow-up visits. UAB Hoover Oral Surgery staff is very compassionate and concerned about the quality of service and care they provide. The staff was attentive, comforting and considerate by extending themselves to ensure the additional services needed was scheduled the same day at their nearby affiliate. The staff also showed compassion and concern for my situation.
