I like everything about Baptist Primary Care! Rachel Sykes is an excellent example of an invested, caring, professional P.A.. just an awesome lady. The MA, Allysa is always kind and caring and efficient. I always feel very comfortable, well cared for and happy when I visit this office. The office staff are welcoming, very efficient and always pleasant. P.A Jessica is another great member of the care team. I am blessed to have my years of excellent care by this office!

After five years, everything still remains professional and so easy. Check-in is always quick and efficient, and the wait time is virtually nonexistent. The staff, from the reception area staff to the practicing physicians and nurse practitioners, are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
