Rachel exemplifies the ideal primary medical practitioner. She is only the second medical provider in my life that I feel listens for deep understanding and asks follow up questions to ensure we are on the same page. I feel safe to be vulnerable and deeply honest, especially with mental health concerns, and I believe she genuinely cares. I am grateful to have her in my corner. Everyone deserves someone like Rachel supporting their health journeys. Thank you, Rachel!

I can't speak for all of Rachel Birds patients but in my case she has always been an excellent provider. She gives me all the attention I need by listening and explaining to me if there's something I don't understand and also what I need to do to take care of myself. I never feel rushed with Rachel bird. I would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Her attentiveness to my ailemnt, i was very angst on how i was feeling and the [ ]. which was a 8 going very quickly to a 9. I appreciated her coming across very knowledgeable bc i have this great fear of Dr and try to stay away at all cost. But I could not that day. Was blessed a cancellation had opened up bc i was facing a [ ] at urgent care.

Very friendly and accommodating . Even got me in earlier for my appointment which I appreciated. The doctor came in very soon after the assistant did not have to wait a long time in room.

Dr. Bird is always on top of what has been happening with my health, the medications I’m on, and keeping on our treatment plan. She always takes the time to talk about anything I need and I never feel rushed. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful as they can possibly be.

Rachel took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately set a plan of care up including ordering labs, requesting referrals, and made sure that I had all the documentation and understanding of where I needed to go next to ensure a great standard of care. I was able to get to the Lab Services office during my appointment time slot to get that taken care of and returned to the office to finish my appointment with Rachel. She was patient and understanding about my concerns and showed genuine compassion and took the time to listen.

I have felt confident in the medical knowledge of many doctors. Dr Bird is one of the few that truly listens, validates, and cares in addition to her obvious medical knowledge.

Dr. Bird knew my medical history and was prepared to review the events of my hospital stay and current medical needs. She listened carefully to my concerns, making eye contact, and responding with appropriate questions, suggestions, and solutions. I was impressed by her knowledge and interest in my medical case. She made me feel important and valued as a patient.

Rachel is a very thoughtful and thorough PCP. She actively listens, which helps her recall important information to help guide care for her patients. She is also aware of available services in the area, including mental health services - this knowledge helped me schedule with a therapist in a timely manner, whereas I was previously struggling to make an appointment.
