Rachel and her team went above and beyond. Every experience I have had at Sierra Rose, especially with Rachel has been exceptional. I always feel heard and understood, and I know I can trust her care plans.
With how rushed most health care seems to be these days (and held hostage by insurance), it’s nice to feel like a human worthy of care rather than a number.

Doctor Richel Bird is thr most knowledgeable doctor and very caring person, she has the most common-sense and most job ethical guidelines ever, I am a CNA I know how to deal with patients, and I see all the ethics in her.

Rachel has always been very attentive, knowledgeable before I get there of my medical history, and has been very proactive in selecting people to address things that she could not, such as other physicians or x-rays, things of that sort. I'm very pleased with her performance, and I'm glad I have her. Thank you.

Rachel is an amazing PA and I trust her implicitly. She always knows my complete medical history and we discuss it at every OV. Her MA is also one of the best, knowledgeable and fast and she explains every task as she does it. I would 100% refer my friends and family to her!

Dr Bird is incredibly validating and clear. I felt heard and cared for. As a woman with an addiction history seeking care for pain relief I came into my appointment very nervous to be met with incorrect assumptions and disregard. Thank you Dr Bird for being awesome!

Yes, Rachel was wonderful. Very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable about my past history, ensuring that I had everything updated as far as other things that I needed to get done medically. Sent in the referrals for me. Just a great, great person. Very knowledgeable in her field of study. And it's always great speaking with her when I do go in.
