Rachel Bird and her team ate some of the kindest people I have ever encountered. Rachel really does care, not just about my health conditions, but my personal life and the struggles I've endured. I greatly appreciate and feel lucky that I have been able to establish PCP care with her and her team.

I requested that my lab tests be ordered prior to my visit. We were able to discuss the results at the time of my visit and plan accordingly and check my prescriptions with the pertinent info. I very much appreciated this process.

Every time I go to the office of Rachel Bird from the receptionist to the medical assistant to Rachel herself. Everyone is wonderful, very kind helpful and they make sure that I understand what is going on with my health.

I was very impressed with Rachael Bird. She was very thorough, personable, knowledgeable and caring. She reviewed my family history ahead of time (father’s history of WM). She explained my lab results. She created a care plan for me, utilizing [ ]. The appointment did not feel rushed. She offered more help than I have been offered in the last 2 years. The best PCP I've had so far. I've been to a few and she orders the right labs. She listens and takes care of issues. Renown usually works their staff to the [ ] and they leave to work somewhere else. Hopefully she will stay with Renown for a while
