She is very knowledgeable. & listened to me & ordered the correct tests for my condition. Dr [ ] is my Primary in this office but was not there but they got me in right away to see R. Bird. All providers in this office are the best of the best! I will always stay with them, b/c I trust them with all my medical conditions. They're the Best!

Rachel is the best that I’ve ever met. Excellent communicator, very knowledgeable! The best part is her availability for 7:00 am appointments which allows me to be done and at work on time. Wish she could have been my physician for the last 15 years.

She's very thoughtful and inquisitive. She always explains the why behind the tests and medications. She gives me options and seems to be a very caring individual. I am treated like a human being from the time I walk in the door, to the the time I leave. Everyone there is pretty friendly from Madison and Katelyn at the front, to Elia and Rachel in the back. They all put the Care in HealthCARE.

Rachel is a fantastic practitioner. I've never once felt rushed or unheard. In fact, not only does she spend the time to hear out my concerns, but can often anticipate where those concerns are coming from and why I'm concerned. I feel lucky to have Rachel as my Primary Care Provider here in Reno.

Rachel has always looked at the whole person not just a Dx and I’ve never felt rushed through my appt. She knows what my other providers are doing and they actually communicate rather than just seeing their notes. She makes it easy to discuss any issues, rare these days.

Rachel Bird is the best physician I’ve ever had. She’s awesome. Great personality and very knowledgeable, along with providing thorough explanations. Not pushy and helps you decide the best care moving forward. After my first consultation I told my wife how great Rachel is and she made an appointment. She also raves about Rachel now. We’re both very thankful to find a physician that’s down to earth common sense and easy to communicate with. Also, she is incredibly responsive to messaging and adds comments to test results in a very timely fashion. Thank you so much Rachel!
