Rachel is a fantastic practitioner. I've never once felt rushed or unheard. In fact, not only does she spend the time to hear out my concerns, but can often anticipate where those concerns are coming from and why I'm concerned. I feel lucky to have Rachel as my Primary Care Provider here in Reno.

Rachel has always looked at the whole person not just a Dx and I’ve never felt rushed through my appt. She knows what my other providers are doing and they actually communicate rather than just seeing their notes. She makes it easy to discuss any issues, rare these days.

Rachel Bird has always taken her time and made sure that test that needed to be done were ordered right away. She reviews them with you and spend time with you and allows. You to have communication with her.

Always has her research on what we’re talking about done so we can discuss problems always very courteous very knowledgeable and friendly always checks. Rachel Bird is the best physician I’ve ever had. She’s awesome. Great personality and very knowledgeable, along with providing thorough explanations. Not pushy and helps you decide the best care moving forward. After my first consultation I told my wife how great Rachel is and she made an appointment. She also raves about Rachel now. We’re both very thankful to find a physician that’s down to earth common sense and easy to communicate with. Also, she is incredibly responsive to messaging and adds comments to test results in a very timely fashion. Thank you so much Rachel!

She was very knowledgeable on the things I brought up to her and she made me feel heard. That’s the most important to me is being heard and included in my health with explanations to the symptoms I am experiencing. I left her office with a great understanding of what I have going on and how to move forward.

They take very good care of me and my family. Rachel, Elia, & Madison are always nice, informative, and respectful. The facilities are always clean and the nature videos that play on the tv in the waiting area are a calming influence. Overall, always a great experience.
