This was my first visit and my concerns were listened to, immediate action for [ ], and great dialogue with what her medical thoughts are and immediate referral to valve specialist. Scheduling of next visit done that day. The entire visit was outstanding with all involved.

Dr. Venn knew all about a statistical risk measurement that I had planned to ask her about, but she began explaining it before I did. My entire experience at Rooney Heart institute was exemplary and outstanding. As a nurse I look for details that are important. These include courtesy and genuine caring. The entire staff was supportive and kind. Dr Venn was completely engaged with me and my concerns. It was one of the best visits for medical care that I have had during my diagnostic odyssey for my [ ]. I feel that I am in good hands and am grateful for the care that I've been provided.
