At our first appointment, Dr. VENN was very attentive and considerate to my growing [ ]. She quickly ordered necessary diagnostic tests and clearly explained corrective options. Her knowledge and skills to precisely identify and eliminate the source of my [ ] and [ ] resulted in immediate cessation of my [ ], which remain “fixed” 12 days later. Also, she reacted quickly to my [ ] complications and promptly ordered necessary [ ].

Dr. Venn knew all about a statistical risk measurement that I had planned to ask her about, but she began explaining it before I did. Given that I was a "borderline" case, her understanding and advice regarding [ ] and next steps were very much appreciated. I am very happy to have her as one of my doctors.

I thought Dr Venn & her Venn were outstanding in explaining everything to me. They took time & did not make me feel rushed at all. Dr Venn is very knowledgeable but explains everything so patients understands what she means.

My entire experience at Rooney Heart institute was exemplary and outstanding. As a nurse I look for details that are important. These include courtesy and genuine caring. The entire staff was supportive and kind. Dr Venn was completely engaged with me and my concerns. It was one of the best visits for medical care that I have had during my diagnostic odyssey for my [ ]. I feel that I am in good hands and am grateful for the care that I've been provided.

Only complaint was the use of plus minus when talking about possible treatment. Once that was explained, we easily understood all that was discussed.

I have received great care from most of my doctors but I have to say my first meeting with Dr.Venn puts her right up there with the best. She was informed about my history, explained my situation clearly and thoroughly, made me feel like I was her most important patient, listened to my issues and presented a plan to move forward I liked.
