Rachel is absolutely engaged during our appointments. She is kind, warm, brilliant, genuine and so much more than I can effectively describe. Rachel is a genuine treasure and I really, REALLY, REALLY hope RENOWN gets this. You NEED to KEEP Rachel and do rights by her. Please!

We have been with Rachael Gardner for many years now. She is always so helpful and kind. We are thankful to have a provider that listens to our needs and concerns. Rachael is thoughtful when she recommends treatments and prescriptions. She takes the time to explain the rewards and the risks of any treatment. Kudos to her and the support staff.

I still have concerns which I feel will most likely yield another visit. There seemed to be confusion when I referenced an outside provider's consultation, although I had called and asked if this provider would like to see me first and was told no. I do feel as if I was only allotted a 5-10 minute span of time although when scheduling I had indicated that I had areas of concern I wanted to discuss.

I was completely dismissed. I came prepared with questions, my journal and documents were not located and was told that I never mentioned things to her. this was incorrect for she asked questions of my mom on what she observed, also it was in my journal. Rachael Gardner could not answer a question directly but instead danced around and tried using your words back at you in the wrong context. when I asked what is the difference of a co bullion, a seizure and a migraine I received a very vague response about her passion for the brain. I was not asked for a follow up appointment. also asked to work with Carson Rahoe to get an MRI

I really like Dr. Rachel Gardner a lot and sure hope she can take care of me. Like I said my only concern is I did get my prescription Medication yesterday. So called and left a message today about it since you can't talk to anyone.

Established Protocol of Botox for Chronic Migraine management should be updated to allow tailoring to the individual needs of the patient. Due to restrictions in place, I am allowed Botox injections every 12 weeks. My clinician has fully explained this situation. Botox is effective for, at most, 8 weeks for me. Apparently this is true for many patients. Receiving more frequent doses would be beneficial for untold numbers of those suffering this disability. With my team of doctors, I will be submitting a request to Medicare/SSDI to allow me the treatment more frequently.
