Kind, caring and efficient. Eye injections don't hurt at all. Staff was friendly. They have the routine down pat. Been going for treatments over a year now and totally happy with the experience.

Very professional staff & follow up visit went relatively quick. Dr Lakhanpal had performed retina surgery the day after it was discovered a few years ago.

Dr. Lakhanpal always takes all the time with me that I need and will answer all my questions in language that I can understand. He gives me my injections without and discomfort. We discuss my treatment plan together before we set my next appointment.

Check-in paperwork is very thorough -- & he looks at it when he sees you. Other staff are efficient and pleasant. Wait times very reasonable: Arrival & departure just over 2 hours. Dr. explains what he is seeing as he does it, answers questions clearly, offers suggestions for self-care. Appt was a pleasant experience.

I was to get an injection , But the nurse forgot to order the medicine, It was an honest mistake and she did deeply apologize to me and my daughter, I was disappointed I couldn’t start my injections but it was delayed a little, Everyone makes mistakes and she took full responsibility, She was a very sweet nurse, And Dr Lakhanpal could not apologize enough, I will be going back March 28th to start injections, I have no complaints, Just a little disappointed, Eveything else was great
