Most importantly, the entire staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. I have been in other offices where I feel like just another burden. That does not happen here.

When they come into your room, they come with smiles and greetings. They listen very carefully to what you have to say, and they explain their procedures or medical needs for me where I can understand it.

I’ve always trusted Dr. Deem with all of my medical care. He’s on top of everything very conscientious and one of his best qualities is he’s a very good listener. He’s not rushing you to finish.
