I have never had such a cold doctor. And such a painful procedure. She didn't care that I was a human being. Before, during or after. I even requested to not have to see her again. She was the one in the building who did the procedure. She even told me "the only reason I'm here is because of this particular procedure." I've never had an experience like it before.
