Harry Quigley M.D. Has been my care giver for my eyes for over 10 years. I first came to him when I was told by my local Ophthalmologist that I had glaucoma. I had previously worked for three Ophthalmologists in Morgantown, WV: [staff] and [staff] and [staff] (all of whom had retired). These Drs.referred their extreme patients to Johns Hopkins so when told I had glaucoma, of course that Is where I wanted to go. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Dr. Quigley who quite literally saved my eyesight!

He will be missed (retiring to full time research work effective July 1). Given that we are only months apart in age, Dr Quigley has had a long patient-care career and has more than earned the right to pursue what makes him happiest. There is no doubt his contributions will be beneficial.

I thank Dr Quigley for having me as his patient for almost 40 yrs and with history of cataract in the family,he was able to closely monitor my condition and not to worry about it.Im just sad that last Monday check up was the last time I had him as my doctor.From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr Quigley.

I have been seeing this provider for 43 years. On my previous visit, he said he would not be able to continue to see me because he would only be doing research. On the current visit, he told me he has been given permission to keep seeing his long-term patients. I want to thank Johns Hopkins for making this continued care possible since I have an unusual condition For which his expertise is unique. I am relieved and gratified that I will remain under his care.
