The doctor I consulted with was exceptionally approachable and had a remarkable ability to foster open communication. From the moment I entered the examination room, I felt at ease, thanks to her warm and welcoming demeanor. She took the time to carefully explain each aspect of my condition and the proposed treatment options, using straightforward language that made complex medical concepts easy to understand. Her patience in answering all my questions showed her dedication to ensuring I felt fully informed and comfortable with the decisions being made.
As the appointment progressed, her upbeat personality shone through, creating a positive atmosphere that made the experience feel less daunting. She offered genuine encouragement, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Is friendly but doesn't want staff to speak to you in terms you understand without you looking stupid because you have to ask about term they say instead of wording terms that people not in the medical field to understand

Dr. Qin is always prepared for our visits. She looks at test results, etc. ahead of time and is able to talk to us with much knowledge. She is personable, makes good eye contact. One of the best doctors we have every dealt with.
