Dr. Pyngolil is very pleasant.. professional..and always organized!!

Dr Pyngolil was very nice and friendly but she drug out my appointment by having casual conversation and bulked up my chart as to up bill my chart. I am a physician with no ongoing medical problems who was just looking to get established with primary care and have an annual check up and get routine blood work. She did not talk to me about many of the items she claimed she had addressed on the visit and then tried to get me back for two more additional appointments for labs and my physical. I understand having a new patient encounter prior to the annual visit, however I am not a moderate complex patient who requires a 45-59 minute appointment to address my issues, not to mention I am a doctor so she does not need to explain anything to me. She drug out my appointment time by having casual conversation about my job and where I work and live as to rationalize billing for a longer appointment. It is both unprofessional and unethical. As a physician I am not in the practice of charging people for services I don’t provide and am deeply offended by what happened yesterday. I tried to call and even went back to the office to speak to someone but no one returned by call.

She didn't give me refills on my blood pressure medications which upset me. She also ordered the wrong strength of one of my blood pressure meds, so I have to cut all the pills in half. Her nurse explained to me when I called to ask why, that she wanted to see my blood test lab results before she gave me refills on my meds, even though I have been taking these blood pressure meds. for over 10 years. Her personality and everything else was fine.
