Dr. Purtell takes the time to listen as you speak and sums it all up as you had hoped for. She is thorough, friendly and kind. I had really appreciated that I was able to get in same day as I was extremely concerned about what was going on regarding my issue.

It was my first visit with her because it would have taken 4 weeks to see my PCP, Dr. Larson. I was very happy with Dr.Purtell and appreciated that she could see my in a week.

After my blood work was flagged abnormal on a Friday afternoon, Dr Purtell, made sure to portal me before the weekend to check in and let me know where my tests stood. I felt much better and didn't worry as much since she explained what was happening. She keeps me in the loop of my health decisions and points me in the right direction to help me get better.

I have had very dry , cracked lips for over three years. I finally remembered to mention it to Dr. Purtell. She said let’s check your iron levels. I found out I’m anemic. My levels are extremely low. Waiting for next steps.
