It was my first visit with her because it would have taken 4 weeks to see my PCP, Dr. Larson. I was very happy with Dr.Purtell and appreciated that she could see my in a week.

After my blood work was flagged abnormal on a Friday afternoon, Dr Purtell, made sure to portal me before the weekend to check in and let me know where my tests stood. I felt much better and didn't worry as much since she explained what was happening. She keeps me in the loop of my health decisions and points me in the right direction to help me get better.

Dr. Purtell is the most personable MD I've ever experienced over my 91 years -- please forward my sincere appreciation to Dr. Purtell for her positive friendliness as she handled my questions so amazingly clearly and helpfully. Dr. Purtell is a real plus factor to Trinity Health...!!!

I have had very dry , cracked lips for over three years. I finally remembered to mention it to Dr. Purtell. She said let’s check your iron levels. I found out I’m anemic. My levels are extremely low. Waiting for next steps.

I came from a really great doctor office. I am hopping all future visits will be like the first one. She listened, to all my concerns and was very detailed in her questions to me. The last IHA (MIlan) I was just a number. I did't feel that way at all here.

Dr. Purtell went above and beyond to welcome me to her practice. I feel confident that she can help me achieve realistic goals for my health and well being. I had been dreading finding a new PCP, as I had used my former PCP for over 30 years. Dr. Purtell made me feel like she has my best interests in mind. She included me in discussions and asked for my input. I am so grateful to be able to call her my new PCP.
