I love Dr shiva P I'm sad she is leaving. I like the staff in the office but there is a displays disconnect between the answering service and the offices and sometimes wait times for a call back or question is crazy

I trust Dr Shivaprasad with my all of my health issues. She and the staff are very courteous and caring whenever I call or come in for my yearly follow up.

I sometimes feel like just another $ in some offices. Dr. Shivaprasad was warm, caring, knew my history before she came in the room and discussed best options with me , treating me like not just another number. I left that office feeling so much better and confident in my decision. I highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Shiva Prasad is a wonderful, wonderful practitioner. She has incredible listening skills and she is very kind, courteous, and helpful in her diagnosis and discussion with myself, patient. I recommend her to anyone. I feel very comfortable with her and her team in the office was quite pleasant and helpful. I'm also grateful that they contacted me with a year later to get the testing that they wanted me to get and then they sent me in timely to have it reviewed with her and make an appointment. I'd recommend her to everybody. She's incredible in the gastroentinology department there at Virtua.

Dr. Shivaprasad is an excellent doctor who explains everything very thoroughly. She knows my history, was in contact with my other doctors, and has the ability to bring a smile to your face even while dealing with a difficult subject like returning cancer. Her knowledge, her professionalism and her sincerity in truly being concerned about your wellbeing make you realize you are in extremely great hands. I have recommended her to a friend and I know that there is not a better doctor in her field!

Explains everything to me, answers all my questions and concerns as to moving forward with my care, and is willing to engage in suggestions and notices when I'm concerned, and relieves me the best she can with all her testing and knowledge. I feel very comfortable and I trust Dr. Shiva with my care.

Dr Shivaprasad treated my wife and I as if she had known us for a long time even though I'm a relatively new patient. She explained everything to us step by step and consulted another doctor to confirm her directions about taking a medication. She couldn't have been more gracious and caring.
