That they are a team that work together put their hands together to figure what's the problem and willing to go beyond to find out what the problem to a new beginner person that didn't know that they have sleep apnea and go step by step with you

Dr. Aulakh was very professional and kind. She explained everything to me very carefully and in detail. She, and her staff, went above and beyond to get me setup for a sleep study

Staff was very helpful to me. My appointment had been bumped, but I did not know it despite SCHighlands trying to contact me. (I simply did not get the notifications). Anyway, the staff fit me in and helped me so much. The doctor was awesome and informative.

After 4 or 5 reminders to come to appointment, pre register on line, arrive 15 minutes early per instructions, was more than a little disappointed that had to sit in exam room 20+ minutes for doctor to come in. Not sure why our conversation needed to be recorded.
