I haves had two appointments with Dr Puma. She is excellent. I wish O could say that about the admissions staff. They are cold and detached. They are very unwelcoming.

Most of these questions that I answered “fair” to were non-applicable. I don’t know if ppl washed their hands. I didn’t notice. There was nothing to explain really, so asking if things were explained in a manner that was easy for me to understand does not apply. I voiced some concerns I had regarding menopause and was told that it’s hard being a woman. It was an uneventful visit.
