I was impressed with Dr. Puma. I found her very professional, pleasant . Although she was generally reserved, I did not find her abrupt nor condescending and definitely giving me a feeling that she genuinely cared about her patients. I feel that my husband and I have found a doctor with whom we will be comfortable and trust.

She was not friendly and it seems like I was bothering her. She did not acknowledge my husband. There was no smile or empathy and she never asked about my knee.
