For the first time in the 35 years I've never had a Dr. sit and listen to me. For the first time ever, I feel like I'm getting the proper care I need. I cannot recommend Rebecca enough and the wonderful staff that works at her office. Everybody is just so polite and wonderful.

SHE IS THE BEST PCP I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! SHE ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOU AND SHOWS THROUGH HER ACTIONS THAT SHE CARES FOR YOU NOT JUST AS A PATIENT, BUT A HUMAN BEING TOO. SHE IS NEVER IN A RUSH TO GET YOU IN AND OUT AS FAST AS SHE CAN, LIKE MOST ALL DOCTORS I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. SHE IS THE BEST!

For the first time in 34 years I had a doctor sit next to me, look me in the eye, fully hear me, understand me, believe me, and completely ease all the stress and anxiety I literally have been suffering from and took me into her caring arms. She is a complete Godsend and I'm so glad that she gets to be my primary care doctor because I know that I will be in the best of hands.

Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Pullyard has been my contact person for years. She always puts my concerns and health first. As I travel most of the year, she accommodates my schedule on short notice, to visit her office for my health care.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 via FaceTime. The office called at 2:15 to collect co pay then didn’t call me back until 3 o’clock for appointment. Put me In the waiting room portal said it would be 20 mins. I waited until 4 o’clock and still had heard nothing. This is unprofessional and not the first time Becky has made me wait over an hour. I will be filing a formal complaint. This appointment was important to me but apparently not to her. I’m sick and tired of every appointment I have with Becky she’s always at least an hour late at minimum. This is unacceptable. I will be finding a new doctor as well. No one should have to wait or be treated this way. Lost a customer in me today.

Rebecca is the BEST provider I have ever been with. I will always refuse to see anyone else as my PCP because she is very understanding and takes her time with me during our visits. She listens to understand, not to reply & I love her! Very thankful to have found her in the health system!
