The use of computers is a great way to accurately record patient information. It is also important to look at the patient now and then to insure the patient feels you are hearing them.

Attentive and Patient answering my questions. Wish I had known the virtual visit was an option as the results of my annual followup were negative and it would have been a time saver for both of us if it was communicated virtually.

I was very impressed with this practice. Staff was friendly and thorough. Michela was very professional and easy to speak with/explain my issue. Was patient answering my questions. Very positive experience from the desk staff, to the Mildred Elly intern, and the clinical exam. A++

Confusion on lab work may have best been addressed by phone call. Medical Asst seemed relatively new and very unsure. Her mentor was awesome, hope all works out.
