I’m more than happy at SMG. I believe they have listened to patients and improved the ability of patients to communicate with care givers. Appointments are almost always on time, which is also an improvement. Finally, getting rid of the parking garage gate and charges is a huge convenience.

I never get an appointment with my cardiologist. They always book me with a PA. It would be nice to see my cardiologist once in a while which I’ve only seen once since I’ve been going.

All staff I encountered were professional, helpful and kind.
I stepped out into the hallway and someone immediately approached me and gave me directions to the restroom.
