Speaking with Erika about how our daughter is doing gave me a huge sense of relief. She didn’t skip over things and it felt like she spoke at my level regarding the concerns i had and maintained professionalism. It means a lot to be able to do that. I have anxiety, and some fears and worries but Erika was able to assess my daughter and point out that we were doing a great job which eased my worry being a first time mom. Erika even went and helped get the ball rolling for me to see someone for PPD, because Erika was worried about me when i brought up what i was dealing with.

Erika was so personable, patient, and knowledgeable. She let us ask as many questions as we wanted and never seemed the slightest bit irritated, didn’t rush us out of the room when we needed to change baby, and was just super kind overall.
