The provider was very sweet and kind. She listened to my concerns.
However, she didn’t seem confident when answering my questions.
I’m not sure she would have told me what to do if I wasn’t feeling better if I hadn’t asked.

I am very impressed by Erica Pruneau, the NP who saw me. She was very through in her examination and clear in her communications. I would rate her as a strong #1.

I was handled quickly, professionally, treated like family, and it was a great experience if there is a great experience getting stitches.

The NP did not listen to me. I explained everything fully and had to prompt her for my follow up care.

The nurse practitioner was excellent, took her time in assessing my symptoms and did a great job. I appreciate it.

I was very happy with them. They were kind and answered questions like they should to a senior. I will certainly go again if I ever need it.
