Wish the provider spent more time in the room and explaining things more clearly instead of rushing.

I feel like the new location/room where the shots are given is not the most disability friendly. There is no place to put my bags and there is nothing for me to lean against on the stool and it hurts my back to sit with no support or counter to lean against.

Even your receptionists, lab, and radiology staff are very professional and show concern each time I visit.

There needs to be better communication and bedside manner. I'm disappointed that this is the only allergist in the area.

I was pleased with the Allergy experience I was getting in the CF location....Very upset when you closed that location.........Not liking to drive clear over to Waterloo...I. am 834 years old.......And not liking to make that drive.....

My answers today was primarily based on my last visit and my last visit I didn't get a shot and I would have preferred to get my shot. And that they rushed me out and it was a bit chaotic in the hall when I was leaving and a doctor gave me the box sample of the nasal rinse.
