I truly appreciate the time that was spent with me to review my personl record keeping and disucssion of my symptoms to find the root cause of the issue I was there for rather than slapping a generic label on it

A wonderful specialist who is knowledgeable in his field of practice. He has taught me a lot about MCAS and has politely corrected me when I have been wrong. He stood up for me in his clinical notes and continues to be patient with me as we navigate MCAS due to Dercum's disease together. I appreciate Doctor Regula very much.

The only issue is location. Always concerned about parking and if you are not used to downtown area it is not easy to drive there. I have read reviews from patients unable to find parking.

The parking availability at this office is very difficult. There are simply not enough spaces. It's not the provider's fault but something MercyOne should be aware of.

Very grateful for my allergy shot experience. Like very grateful but please expand the office or go back to the hospital maybe. The waiting room is crammed I hate it.

He was very polite, direct, forward, and professional. But not too professional to where he can’t explain big doctor words without using other big doctor words. He was very good at translating medical terms to things I — someone who knows nothing about anything clinical — can understand.
