The parking availability at this office is very difficult. There are simply not enough spaces. It's not the provider's fault but something MercyOne should be aware of.

Very grateful for my allergy shot experience. Like very grateful but please expand the office or go back to the hospital maybe. The waiting room is crammed I hate it.

He was very polite, direct, forward, and professional. But not too professional to where he can’t explain big doctor words without using other big doctor words. He was very good at translating medical terms to things I — someone who knows nothing about anything clinical — can understand.

The office is very busy. when I needed time with the doctor, he was available and helpful. For shots only, I got care from the nurses.

I was told prescriptions were being sent to pharmacy. I went to pharmacy 4 days after appointment and the pharmacy hadn’t received the prescriptions. I called the office. Two days late, one of the two prescriptions was ordered. After 1.5 weeks, I still haven’t gotten the second prescription.
