Dr. Provenzano explained all procedures and performed testing in the office instead of having me come back over and over again.

The doctor spent plenty of time listening to my concerns and discussing the plan of care which I appreciated since they were running behind. Both staff and dr apoligized for the wait which I didn't mind since they did not rush at all when it was my turn to be seen.

He was the first doctor to actually listen to me and my concerns. He was the first to not dismiss me and take further action on my miserable symptoms. He was very kind, careful, and explained everything to me thoroughly so I could clearly understand. His nurse, Tracy, was awesome as well!

He is a great ENT way better than my last one. I could never get an appointment with the doc id get there and I'd see nurse practitioner. Which is fine I love provensono nurse practitioner she's great. But I had questions that she couldn't answer. I never got calls back etc. I don't have that problem with this hospital doctors or any staff
