Matt came in to the exam room and introduced himself as Matt. Very personable, very thorough and quick to find a manual blood pressure cuff after i told him the physician assistant used an automatic cuff even after I told her I had consistently high readings using those machines.

He seems very pleasant and knowledgeable. However both appts my kids didn’t get seen on time. It was early morning with absolutely no one else in the waiting room, but we still had to wait over 20 minutes to get brought back then another 10-15 for Dr. to come in. Very tough with little children.

The doctor is knowledgeable and caring. He explains issues well and is thoughtful with his recommendations for future treatments. He is cordial and friendly at all times. He makes a normally unpleasant experience, a genuinely enjoyable event.

He takes time to review the situation and then to provide information and his thinking as to his recommended course of action....not just give his recommendation.
He seems to know what information will be useful to the patient and the family members present.
