Call started on time. Intake individual and doctor were courteous and doctor had reviewed my chart prior to call which made our time more effective. She listened and made suggestions that appear to be working.

My PCP Doctor and staff are great people and very caring and helpful. They listen to my concerns about my health condition and concerns with my health. I choose the right doctor and the right place. Thanks Virtua.

I used this format because it was the quickest way to "see" a doctor, but I was nervous about using the format. So after connecting, which wasn't hard, I was happy with the "visit" and may use this format if I can get myself motivated to take control of my health. I think at least one in person visit would be helpful to get me more involved in taking care of myself. But I really enjoyed my experience!

I love telehealth. I work night shift and being able to do appointments from home helps immensely. They are always on time and I am not stuck sitting in a waiting room for extra time. Dr. Mathew is excellent. Most doctors make me anxious but I feel so comfortable talking to her and shes so welcoming.
