Every one at RGH from the front door reception to my new. Dr. and all staff..even the best vampires in NM..I tell them that every time, and Xray, EKG are the nicest people. THANK YOU

I was pleased to meet Prisma Davalos, and I think my daughter would choose to see her again over some of the other providers.

Prisma was amazing. She listened to my needs and is wanting to help. Her bedside manner is great and not seems to be in a hurry to move on. Her smile is contagious

The food was excellent; this was a pleasant surprise. My room was excellent, the equipment used to treat me looked new (e.g. large MRI machine) and all the staff I interacted with were great. I have nothing negative to say!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
A Mariachi band at my bedside in the evenings would have been fantastic (I did not request it, though).

I didn't have a long wait. Being a CA Certified Medical Assistant. For 15 years gives me both sides to see. I refuse to wait in the room for 45 minutes to an hour. I realize emergency appointments take 1st but with the I think 3 providers back I was left in a room for 2 hours. Maybe I just worked we with exceptional Providers. The providers I have seen here been very good..

Nothing except I forgot to ask about some lab results from another facility but I made another appt.

What could have been done to improve this visit?
Understanding that the staff is very busy but getting my next appointment scheduled before I leave as call backs can sometimes be an issue. Otherwise the staff is great.
