They were very thorough. Everything was efficient. I felt like they were paying attention to my concerns. They diagnosed a problem with my eyes that another ophthomologist had missed for years.

Ability to get an appointment. Did not have to wait an unusually long time to see doctor. Doctor was very competent and listened to my complaints. Addressed each complaint in a way I could understand. Examined my eyes thoroughly. Gave a detailed plan as how to address the situation. She was personable and attentive.

Pre check -in on Phreesia is convenient and easy for my appointments. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Tests are conducted on my eyes , and the staff explains what the tests are for and what the results will measure. Dr. Fowler gives me through examinations, and explains the results of tests made on my eyes. I feel very confident in her care of my eyes. I highly recommend UAB Callahan for OPTHAMOLOGY care!

My eyes get examined with several machines. My doctor checks everything else and advises me what to do for them. I feel I get better eye care than I ever have with Dr Fowler.

My reasons for recommending my Family, Friends, and anyone who value their Vision to seek the care of the Doctors at UAB Callahan Eye Clinic 200 is because everyone I have came in contact with from My Very Attentive doctor, Dr. Fowler and her Genuine Concern about my Vision with making important informative decisions to the Surgery Scheduler giving me a Binder containing all the answers to the questions I might have before my surgery not to mention the assistants who conducted my Vision Exams to the front Desk Receptionists who greeted and said goodbye to me with a Smile.I am so glad my Sister took me to the UAB Callahan Eye Hospital E.R. which began this journey allowing me to have the Confidence that my Future Vision Possibilities were in the Hands of one of the Best Eye Clinics and Eye Doctor/Eye Surgeon in our world today.
