Kalissta at check in was so kind. The tall nurse who took us back to the room was very caring. Belinda in xray showed empathy for my extreme pain. Dr Lablanc was incredible!!!! Could not have asked for a better doctor.

I just really like how personable and caring all of the staff at Premiere ER are and how thorough they are!! I feel I receive excellent care when I go to Premier ER.
It’s a lot like the old way going to your Dr. was.
They really seem to care and they are all so calm & efficient!

I visited Premier Urgent Care in Waco near I-35 and had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional, friendly, and quick to help. The facility was clean and comfortable, and I felt genuinely cared for. Thank you for providing such great service — I’ll definitely recommend this location to others!

Thank you for finding out what is making me hurt SO bad , These gall stones are not fun ,but when we went back to Baylor Scott and White all they did was have us wait another 2-3- hours . We were so exhausted we left . I guess the pain med is still working I sure feel better . Thank You

I have been here 5 times. Three for my son and twice for myself. We have been for broken bones, kidney stones, and everything in between. Everyone is always kind, caring, and quick. I will pick here over the doctors office every time.

Reception and Doctor did Greta job, nurse taking vitals was not kind or considerate, seemed like she had a little chip on her shoulder and overall attitude was smug, didn’t really show empathy towards patient pain or questions. Good job by reception and Doctor though.

Doc & nurse were attentive, listened and wanted to help. Way better than my last experience there with my husband a few years ago. The doctor did not listen well and was a little condescending and not helpful. That time had been my only bad experience in over 5 or 6 years of experience with you. However, my recent experience was great and I was helped so much. Thank you.

DR PAUL burns, MD……was correct to all degrees of my problems….never met him in our lives, can not say how we were lucky enough to get his words and sincere approach to helping me…but he saved the day for me, and just great and wonderful settings and so very assuring things so good for me……I will never go to a hospital emergency again……thank you for all your help…will be seeing you on next time………God Bless you all, I will keep telling my story. Thanks again.

I was visiting from California and forgot my medication at home for an ear infection. The staff was very kind. The service was very quick and I can’t tell you how grateful I am, it was a wonderful experience being able to go someplace out of state and have them take care of you.
