Dr. Popejoy was extremely thorough. Because of this, he insisted we take our sick daughter to McLane Children’s Hospital for more extensive testing. At McLane our daughter was diagnosed with Rhabodmyolysis and admitted to the hospital. In addition to this, he is kind, compassionate and takes the time to listen.

I just really like how personable and caring all of the staff at Premiere ER are and how thorough they are!! I feel I receive excellent care when I go to Premier ER.
It’s a lot like the old way going to your Dr. was.
They really seem to care and they are all so calm & efficient!

I visited Premier Urgent Care in Waco near I-35 and had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional, friendly, and quick to help. The facility was clean and comfortable, and I felt genuinely cared for. Thank you for providing such great service — I’ll definitely recommend this location to others!

Thank you for finding out what is making me hurt SO bad , These gall stones are not fun ,but when we went back to Baylor Scott and White all they did was have us wait another 2-3- hours . We were so exhausted we left . I guess the pain med is still working I sure feel better . Thank You

I have been here 5 times. Three for my son and twice for myself. We have been for broken bones, kidney stones, and everything in between. Everyone is always kind, caring, and quick. I will pick here over the doctors office every time.
