I told the doctor on staff that my left side was hurting & the i had a left bad kidney, she didn't check or treat me for it & I went to my doctor just to find out i have a kidney infection. Please listen your patients & check what they are having problem with i paid them $60 for nothing. I will not return. Bad care & cost me more money to get a second check up. In a rush to get patients out.

Susan and Breeley did an incredible job at registration - efficient and friendly! Kaitlyn was a fantastic nurse, and Shane has the most wonderful bedside manner! I can't shout it loud enough - this place is absolutely THE BEST!

I haven't had an issue with Premier. I love the service. The only issue I had was at the beginning during registration, I gave my updated address and insurance, but on my Doctor's note, my address was listed as a mixture of my new and old address. Other than that great service.

No sense of urgency with front desk staff. 2 hour wait to be seen, another 20 minutes for an IV and meds to be administered. Left in bathroom with wheelchair, came out to no nurse to wheel me back to the room. Had to walk to the room with paid meds from the IV in my system. Waited another 5-7 minutes for someone to come back to the room and put the IV drip back in. SLOW and absolutely no urgency at all.

Wasn't told I was going to get charged 300 dollars for narcotics drug Doctor ask if I would like something stronger than Tylenol I took earlier went in for a thought broken left foot but was sprained so Doctor prescribed a right foot medicine foot boot Yes wrong foot so had to go back a get right prescription but was told the doctor was too busy so he wrote his name and his phone number on the wrong prescription

I had to wait 1 1/2 hour to see the doctor. However, once seen, the doctor was quit to recognize the urgency and need for me to see a specialist immediately and had contacted the specialist and arranged for me to be seen that night. There were two specialists that saw me that night (midnight) and worked for 3 hours to get my situation under control and also made a follow up appointment for me to been seen by them.
I am so thankful for the doctor at Premier ER for acting so quickly.

The availability of so close to where I live and took me in as soon as I got there no CRS two to three hour wait that's the first time I've ever been there to Mercy room where they took you right away 10 minutes

Had large, fluid filled sac on elbow. It was painful and sensitive. I expected aspiration and follow on antibiotics. Only antibiotics were prescribed. In the middle of the night, before I was able to fill my prescription, the infection blew through the skin leaving

Front office personnel was patient with me. I didn't have my insurance card with me, and I was barely able to stand. I sat down, got the phone number to my insurance company and wrote down the member number. Everyone was helpful, patient, listened, and knowledgeable.

visit was better than normal because was not busy on a Tuesday morning in July. I recognize that ebbs and flows with the illnesses.
Seems like you should need less information about those of us who frequent your clinic more than our primary. i understand the need for updates but I think I have to fill out patient information every time including medicines. i forgot to write one down but it showed up on the sheet so it was in your system - i just forgot to put it on the form this time.

I did not realize that my insurance only provided in network services for urgent care at your clinic not emergency services. I feel that is something I should have been made aware of and sent on down the road to the ER. I appreciate the great care I received, but now I will owe way more due to it being out of network.
