I was very pleased with my care and attentiveness during my visit. The patiences and well being was in the care of knowledgeable and experienced professionals! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my health!

My only suggestion is that the emergency room fee be informed at check-in, even if the patient checks in through urgent care. I thought the fee was $150 or so, and it was $350. That is a lot of money. I know that as a private ER / Urgent Care facility, prices are higher, but they should inform us upfront at check-in.

Nurse, Physician and radiology technician were very friendly and attentive. They listened to my concerns and did their best to get me comfortable and to help relieve my symptoms. I really appreciate the compassionate care and also the speed at which they all worked to get answers and resolutions.

The whole staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The doctor took extra precautions doing a CT scan but he was able to find that I almost had a kidney infection. Thankfully we caught it early.

I had been there one time before a couple year ago the Dr.at that tine was not friendly and acted like he just wanted to rush me out. This Lady Doctor was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. And what she send me home with the medicine and advice has helped me 100%. Thank each one of you that I came in contact with.

The Medical Assistant was very knowledgeable and was caring and considerate. The nurse on duty was condescending, rude and seemed irritated by my answers. When I told her I could not swallow (because of the strep throat) she snipped back "How do you expect to swallow your medicine?" Her answers were very short and clipped.

We were visiting Waco from out of town. The entire staff made it easy and quick to get care an get a solution started. No one wants to visit urgent care on vacation but this was a painless experience from start to finish.

This was my second time there this time was a great experience with the Dr. and staff very friendly great comunication with my procedure medication and instructions after visit I def. Will recommend Premiere Urgent Care.

My attending nurse and my doctor were fabulous. They listened to my concerns with care and concern. I hope that I will not need any ER/Urgent care services anytime soon, but if I do, I will only go to Premier!
