Shane Moore was fantastic. Communicated everything perfectly and was very compassionate and decisive. I had gone to other clinics twice with the same problem, but Premier got it right! Accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendation, I feel so much better today, what a blessing.

The NP was great, but usually I receive a call checking on status of illness and I did not this time. Also, there was no one at the discharge desk. I had to wait for approx 15 minutes.

Every staff member we interacted with at Premier provided kind, patient, and compassionate care. They did an excellent job explaining every step and procedure, answering all of our questions, and at no point did I feel like my concerns or pain were minimized.

A very good experience. Everyone was courteous , worked quickly to get me into a room. There was very little wait time once in the room before an aid was taking my info, a nurse came into the room, or for the doctor to come in. All 3 listened very carefully, shared the available options, and gave me the best treatment possible for my situation.

Dr. Bryant was so compassionate and helpful. He made me feel at ease with what my next steps were. The nurse was so sweet about putting in my IV. She listened to me when I said "it looks like a great vein, but it will roll".

SO impressed with Dr. Popejoy! He was very nice and empathetic. He explained everything in an easy way to understand and prescribed a medicine that he said if it didn’t work, we could try another one. We didnt end up needing a different medicine, but it was comforting to know we could if needed.
