The nurse that administered my IV had a lot of trouble. It was as if it was his first time and it left a bruise and there was swelling. I've never had trouble getting one as my veins are very prominent.

Premier ER has always been my go to when I am sick. I work a very busy schedule and have always been able to get in and out in reasonable amount of time, with the proper diagnosis, and the proper treatment. On top of that, this group is not out to scam you to make money. Once my insurance didn't pay what premier expected them to cover and I was issued a bill for thousands of dollars. Then I got a letter from premier telling me I didn't owe them any more money. They took my copay and what the insurance covered and waived the rest. I will always go back.

I actually can't tell friends enough about going to Premier. The care they provide is unmatched by anyone else. On my recent trip, the receptionist wasn't up to par. She didn't even look over her monitor. She reached out her hand for my cards and that's it. I couldn't tell you what she even looked like. Other than that, the other staff was wonderful.

The Friday doctor listened to me, which was a relief, but he put me on a dangerous need dosage.The Monday Doctor listened. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't appear to do me any damage.

This was a very pleasant experience in a very unpleasant situation. Very thankful!

Time was my only issue, but I also heard it was a very busy night. I've never been to the ER before so I don't know what's typical. Otherwise, everything was great from the front staff to the technician and the doctor.

I was so sick and had to vomit while the doctor was in. Dr patted my back as I wretched. So caring. I was amazed at his compassion.

Was recommended by another Urgent Care because imaging was needed (and they didn't have it there). This place was awesome!

Very uncaring, rude, mean nurses and doctor. Doctor did not order test I wanted and insisted I was wrong about my symptoms when CT scan showed I was right. Plebotomist dropped his glove and was going to put it on before drawing my blood. He got irritated when I asked him to use new glove. Still waiting for my medical records. WHERE ARE MY MEDICAL RECORDS OF THE TESTS I PAID FOR?

I was not informed of each test and procedure being informed. Before I knew it or was given the chance to object I was hooked up to machines with so little as a word from the medical providers. I felt ignored, misinformed, and dismissed. I was not given the opportunity to understand what care I was receiving or deny it if I so elected. Once all was said and done, my symptoms were dismissed with a printed sheet that barely described what I had been diagnosed with. Worst yet, the leading bullet simply said "try to rest more." Thousands of dollars for "rest more"... I shockingly felt ignored and used to rack up a high bill. The entire process was missing any level of compassion from the five individuals I interacted with. I will not return to Premier.

Keep up the excellent service

I feel blindsided by the cost because up front I asked how much it would be but was told pricing would be divulged when I got to the room. Dr ordered bloodwork and MRI and no pricing was explained and now we owe a huge bill and are self pay and have no insurance. If we would have known the costs we would have opted out of the expense for affordability. Really disappointed at the lack of transparency and vagueness of the billing, pricing, and cost of this whole experience and visit.

I was not impressed with doc-..He was a fill in from Hillcrest. Can't remember name exactly. He shamed me for wanting some rehydration after a terrible stomach bug. Told me that due to a shortage it was only for sick people. Multiple times! Told me I could contact one of those boutique groups that did iv drips (which I had never heard of) but then didn't have a clue how I would contact one. Just kept on repeating how much trouble he would be in if he helped me with an iv. Have had good experiences in past, so don't bring this doc back.

We use premier for basic small illnesses instead of sitting in an Er for 4 hours just like this visit for strep throat. Got diagnosis and meds in 90 minutes.

NP Moore thought that there might be a fracture and Dr. Hecox confirmed that there is a fracture and replaced the splint with another type of splint which is much lighter and can be removed for showering.

I was satisfied with the service.

I honestly feel like Premier has really improved since my last visit.. However, I was diagnosed with Bronchitis and prescribed with 4 prescriptions and I'm still coughing continuously throughout the night. :(

It is beneficial to be seen by the doctor and receive any x-rays, labs, etc. at the same visit, all in one location. You can get a complete exam at your appointment.

My wife and I have had several excellent experiences here. We live in Corsicana and have driven over here occasionally. Highly recommend. Superior staff.

Seating in lobby is low to ground, not good for those with bad backs or struggle to rise from a chair. Some taller seating should be added.

I thought I would be seen my an MD. While the NP was kind and professional, I really think that patients should be seen by an MD given the cost per visit. The NP did not take my vitals (temperature, not listened to my lungs) and gave me just a few minutes.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. She aggressively criticized me for coming here, stating that Premier obviously wouldn't be able to help me after my car wreck. I was okay, I just had some bruising and was distressed.

Kendra the nurse practitioner treated me as if she had just graduated nursing school... little to no bedside manner. Didn't assess my daughter at all went off what test results were.

Nice facility, great staff from administrators to Doctor. We were traveling and needed care, which was met with outstanding serv8ce.

The doctors always make it worth the wait, no matter how long the wait is.

The number of doctors and nurses should increase. They don't have a proper setup to do the basic initial checking of height weight bmr etc.

I sat there unshelled in a room for three hours. We had to ask for pain relief three times. Yall didn't send the referral yall said you would and we had to call to other times to get yall to send it. But at the end of the day the referral and x-rays yall took was never sent.

I have always had great experiences at this particular Premier ER. This was not one. Registration and aide that took my vitals were nice and kind. No issues there. The nurse who came in to assess me asked me "what are you wanting out of this visit because it seems you already have everything we would do for you." I explained to her that my PCP sent me and suggested I get IV fluids, IV antibiotics, new Tx and a repeat chest x ray as I was not feeling better after a week of care. She was nice but made me feel like coming there was not warranted. I did state to her that I strongly dislike visiting ER's and only came because my PCP suggested. The doctor was also nice but seemed like what I said went in one ear and out the other. I voiced my concerns about my hydration and that I was not eating and nauseated. I also informed him that I had lost 7 pounds in 5 days and was very weak. No IV fluids were given. The nurse/tech that started my IV and drew labs was kind. How did I not get offered a blanket in that freezing room the entire time and finally asked for one. Was never given my call light button. The lady that took my vitals had me take multiple deep breaths to achieve a better oxygen saturation. It was originally 91% and bettered to 95%. I told the doctor I was having a hard time breathing and my chest hurt. I also informed him about me having to take deep breaths to get a better oxygen reading when he stated, "well, you're o2 is 95%, so it's good." But WHY was it good? That wasn't the true reading. No neb tx was administered, no oxygen was offered and vitals were not rechecked upon discharge. I rated my pain for a migraine at a "4" when i arrived. Nothing was given to alleviate my pain. My shingles was never addressed. An EKG was done for my chest pain and a chest x ray was done that both showed clear. There was a full staff that day 12/12 and no chairs were empty. I heard lots of joking and laughing when it seems they should have been attending to at least this patient better. I feel like besides getting a clear chest x ray(I have had pneumonia for a week).....this trip was a waste of time and money. I hope this group improves. I have told many people about this ER and between myself and my sons who are prone to sports injuries....we have been faithful customers. Not happy with this visit.
