We have come here several times for my husband when he needed to be checked out conveniently for symptoms that appeared suddenly. Now it was my turn to me the patient. Every staff member has been very caring and attentive and has helped to put us at ease at our visits. We really appreciate y'all and couldn't say enough how pleased we are with your location.

When I need medical care, I always come to PC first. Y'all take care of business and aren't afraid to administer proper treatment to correct my issues. I've never had to return due to complications. Medical care the way it should be!

There was no wait time. Dr. Danielle was a wonderful doctor and his personality was great. I never go to Hillcrest ER or Providence ER.

All of the staff at Premier was fantastic. They had me in and out as quickly as they could considering the circumstances and were great about communicating the entire time. Dr. Beatty talked me through the whole process and calmed any nerves I had.

Shane Moore had a very pleasant bedside manner. He was knowledgeable, and very good at explaining his diagnosis and following up with medical instructions and advise. He seemed genuinely interested in my well being.

Was treated very well/hospitably then got a full packet of info and didn't have to ask for a work note. They did that automatically. May seem small, but other places don't go above the norm like that. Plus, I was turned away from other urgent cares because I "only" had a migraine. Good place

Everyone involved from check in to check out was very friendly and very nice! Made my son feel very comfortable while he felt icky. By the time he left he felt better! The staff and doctor were knowledgeable and explained everything very well.

I have never in my life had to have fluid drained off of my ears while having copious amounts of green nasal discharge. I was very clear that my symptoms did not present at all like seasonal allergies which I have had my entire life. The day following my visit to Premier, I went to my GP and she said--clearly a sinus infection. I didn't feel as though the doctor (or PA--who knows) that saw me paid attention, listened, or did anything that gave me confidence that I was being medically treated appropriately.

The entire visit, from the moment we walked in was positive, friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. LeBlanc was amazing, courteous, detailed, and considerate of my granddaughter, and made her feel comfortable and valued. I am truly grateful for the care we were given, and highly recommend Premier ER.
