It is beneficial to be seen by the doctor and receive any x-rays, labs, etc. at the same visit, all in one location. You can get a complete exam at your appointment.

Seating in lobby is low to ground, not good for those with bad backs or struggle to rise from a chair. Some taller seating should be added.

I thought I would be seen my an MD. While the NP was kind and professional, I really think that patients should be seen by an MD given the cost per visit. The NP did not take my vitals (temperature, not listened to my lungs) and gave me just a few minutes.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. She aggressively criticized me for coming here, stating that Premier obviously wouldn't be able to help me after my car wreck. I was okay, I just had some bruising and was distressed.

Kendra the nurse practitioner treated me as if she had just graduated nursing school... little to no bedside manner. Didn't assess my daughter at all went off what test results were.

Nice facility, great staff from administrators to Doctor. We were traveling and needed care, which was met with outstanding serv8ce.

I sat there unshelled in a room for three hours. We had to ask for pain relief three times. Yall didn't send the referral yall said you would and we had to call to other times to get yall to send it. But at the end of the day the referral and x-rays yall took was never sent.

I have always had great experiences at this particular Premier ER. This was not one. Registration and aide that took my vitals were nice and kind. No issues there. The nurse who came in to assess me asked me "what are you wanting out of this visit because it seems you already have everything we would do for you." I explained to her that my PCP sent me and suggested I get IV fluids, IV antibiotics, new Tx and a repeat chest x ray as I was not feeling better after a week of care. She was nice but made me feel like coming there was not warranted. I did state to her that I strongly dislike visiting ER's and only came because my PCP suggested. The doctor was also nice but seemed like what I said went in one ear and out the other. I voiced my concerns about my hydration and that I was not eating and nauseated. I also informed him that I had lost 7 pounds in 5 days and was very weak. No IV fluids were given. The nurse/tech that started my IV and drew labs was kind. How did I not get offered a blanket in that freezing room the entire time and finally asked for one. Was never given my call light button. The lady that took my vitals had me take multiple deep breaths to achieve a better oxygen saturation. It was originally 91% and bettered to 95%. I told the doctor I was having a hard time breathing and my chest hurt. I also informed him about me having to take deep breaths to get a better oxygen reading when he stated, "well, you're o2 is 95%, so it's good." But WHY was it good? That wasn't the true reading. No neb tx was administered, no oxygen was offered and vitals were not rechecked upon discharge. I rated my pain for a migraine at a "4" when i arrived. Nothing was given to alleviate my pain. My shingles was never addressed. An EKG was done for my chest pain and a chest x ray was done that both showed clear. There was a full staff that day 12/12 and no chairs were empty. I heard lots of joking and laughing when it seems they should have been attending to at least this patient better. I feel like besides getting a clear chest x ray(I have had pneumonia for a week).....this trip was a waste of time and money. I hope this group improves. I have told many people about this ER and between myself and my sons who are prone to sports injuries....we have been faithful customers. Not happy with this visit.

This was my 4th medical facility in 11 days of horrible low back pain, rash and inflammation. Dr. Heinz diagnosed it as Shingles, got me on the correct medication and feeling better almost immediately.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Zero wait time. Covered all symptom until satisfied with a diagnosis. Very satisfied with my care.

Chairs that do not slide around so easily in the waiting room. The chair can slip away and you can fall.

Medical staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The Nurse Practitioner I saw on 10/22/24 was nice but made me feel like he was brushing me off and not taking my care as seriously as I felt he should. But Dr.Uptergrove I saw today 10/25/24 was fantastic. Showed he cared, took his time, and discussed my diagnosis and treatment with me. Made me feel heard.

Everyone was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

Have a better relationship with the hospital ER. From premier we were sent to the hospital ER and they repeated all the X-rays and blood work that premier had done within an hour. Not sure if the hospital doesn't trust the results or what. Hard on the sick patient and their pocket book
