Breeley at check in and the girl at check out were very kind and made the process simple and hassle free. The tech was also kind and was training someone but was very patient with her and helpful. It’s always nice to be treated with kindness. Will recommend to others!

I came in with abdominal pain and was diagnosed with an appendicitis. The team at Premier ER got me ready and transferred to BSW very quickly. From the radiology tech, to the nurse, to the doctor, to the front office staff…everyone was so kind and friendly.

The host staff was wonderful. I came in having a heart attack. He had me in a timely manner in a room IVs going and aspirin and nitro outstanding staff.

The whole process! Staff was great from first to last! It is always good to see familiar faces like Drs Uptergrove and Popejoy. They are knowledgeable,kind and considerate. They gave me options. I was transferred on to Prov and as luck would have it, Iwas able to have a Lap Chole later that night!!

Everyone was super here today as always. Repeat customers for sure. Dr was great explaining and was accommodating to the situation. He took time to answer our questions and even showed us out. Short a staff member but we would have never known since it was quick. Always appreciate humble people who are here to help.
