All around excellent service by everyone - thank you! Minus one point for "urgent care" as the visit took 3 hours when the lobby was empty around dinner time. No complaints though and would still recommend to others.

The doctor was very sensitive to my allergies to various antibiotics and my worries to possible severe side effects. After I took the first antibiotic, I was shivering cold and didnt know what was happening to my body. But I was able to call and was reassured that the antibiotic was treating my condition. No I am continuing to take it without anymore shivering. Thank you!! I feel so much better now! I told my husband to go to Premiere ER too since he also had been sick and complained of a severe sore throat. He was also very satisfied!

I was so pleased and impressed with the entire process of my experience with Premier ER. I loved the ability to check-in online and basically make an appointment. I appreciated the ability to sign documents online ahead of time, all for the purpose of making the experience more efficient. The nurses and staff were very caring and understanding which really helped ease my mind. The doctor was extremely caring and knowledgeable, and made me feel better about the situation I was dealing with. Well done all around. This was a great experience. Thank you all!!

This facility is nearer my home and not as crowded as other urgent or emergency care health locations. It was recommended to me by a trusted doctor in another location, and after my first visit, I felt so comfortable being there. Seeing a doctor here was not as prompt as I would hope, but I still felt it was the place for me.
