Gage(Starr) made my experience a great one. Doctor Burns also made my experience at the urgent care a good experience. If ever I need after hour care or can not get into see my regular physician. I will always choose to come here.

We were there for my 9 year old daughter with a finger injury, all staff were very kind- I called ahead and the woman who answered the phone was calm cool and collected (although I was not and assured me of the services provided). The gentleman who provided the xray was so kind and answered all of my daughter’s questions. Last but not least the PA who provided care was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She took time to address all the questions and made myself and my daughter feel at ease.

My mother, Elvira, received excellent care during her visit. The staff was quick in determining her health issues and deciding what level of care she required. As she is 93.5 years of age, their assessment and rapid diagnosis insured that she would receive the fastest and most appropriate treatment.

All around excellent service by everyone - thank you! Minus one point for "urgent care" as the visit took 3 hours when the lobby was empty around dinner time. No complaints though and would still recommend to others.

The doctor was very sensitive to my allergies to various antibiotics and my worries to possible severe side effects. After I took the first antibiotic, I was shivering cold and didnt know what was happening to my body. But I was able to call and was reassured that the antibiotic was treating my condition. No I am continuing to take it without anymore shivering. Thank you!! I feel so much better now! I told my husband to go to Premiere ER too since he also had been sick and complained of a severe sore throat. He was also very satisfied!
