Dr. Heather Garrison was outstanding. She truly listened to how much pain I was in and addressed it with both professionalism and genuine care. She was easy to talk to, very thorough, and incredibly considerate. She performed a full exam, including an X-ray, and had me feeling almost back to normal the very next day. In today’s busy medical environment, it’s rare to feel this level of attentiveness and compassion. Premier ER Clinic has truly set a new standard. I highly recommend and I’m very grateful.

I went in after a fall in which I cut my hand. Got 13 stitches. Your staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful to me. Everyone dealt with me with great respect and care. I recently went to a different urgent care for something else and found it less than suitable. I will definitely come back to this one if I should need to.

Judy, the radiology tech, was great. She was competent, friendly, reassuring.
Dr. LeBlanc was just outstanding. He listened attentively to all that I said. He was thorough in his initial evaluation and the tests he ordered. He explained clearly why he took the steps he did. He included my wife in the conversation. And the big item? He treated me, the patient, and not just an array of cardiac anomalies. If you'll excuse the pun, I'd go back to him in a heartbeat.

These people are fantastic. From the minute we brought our mother in which she has dementia they took excellent care. The doctor even pushed her wheel chair out to the car and placed her in the front seat himself. I cannot say enough good about this whole place.

Very professional and caring. Even though my situation was critical, it was not necessary for me to see the doctor. The nurse practitioner did an excellent job of handling the situation (even though I'm sure he was consulting with the doctor behind the scenes.)
