I didn't feel like the person who treated me did much to assess what was wrong. My head is congested and she only listened to my chest and gave me 4 different medications with confusing instructions about using 3 of them and if that didn't work, going back to get the 4th one.
Seems like assessing my throat, nose, ears would have given her a more complete picture.
Not feeling better yet. Going back to get the 4th medicine.

The medical assessment wasn't as warm (just said what's your date of birth and was asking direct and questions without much concern and didn't say "hi" when first greeting me) the nurse appeared slightly confused about my medication regimen. However, the nurse was nice and overall had a good visit.
Also, the people in the front were very nice and gave me clear instructions while expressing concern for how I was feeling.

The registration process was quick and easy. We knew we would have a wait by how many people were there. We got back to room, vitals, etc. Doctor came in finally and all was ok. BUT then we were forgotten, waited another hour before going out to desk to see about prescription, discharge papers. Ooooohhh, what room and a nurse immediately got to us. Sucked to sit there and wait all that time. Maybe a better process to not forget patients.

I registered as urgent care and receptionist insisted I pay $300.00 ER copay. I paid $50.00 urgent care copay and will not pay if billed for more. Billing procedures should be clearly discussed prior to rendering service.

On both occasions from start to finish I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I believe the quality of the care administered at your location is top notch and unlike what I have to deal with when I use my PCP. Your front staff is outstanding and I will return to your location the next time I need urgent medical care.

So I did have a good experience with the staff and procedure. My only complaint was that I spent about $400 only to be told they didn't see anything wrong from my CT scan. Two days later I learned I had a massive blockage in my intestines before it passed. Another issues was I was super nauseous and the liquid barium made me more nauseous. I think it would have prepared me more mentally if I had know that.

The Nurse Practitioner seemed annoyed when she came in and seemed very short with her conversation regarding the issue. We have been to Premier multiple times over the years when we can't get an appointment with our PCP, this was the first time we have not been completely satisfied.

I have a condition that has been diagnosed. I know what is necessary to mitigate dangerous symptoms and the staff and doctor refused the care I requested. I have never encountered this before.
