I was very disappointed that ZERO assessment occurred. If I had wanted to just get a prescription I could’ve done a virtual on the BSW health app but since I’m pregnant I wanted an actual assessment done. I also expressed my slight concern to the nurse that maybe it isn’t a uti but an ectopic or pregnancy complication and they shrugged it off completely. My UA wasn’t even covinicing for a UTI

1. First visit ($400 nurse procedure):
• A small incision was made (no stitch needed).
• The wound was packed, but it didn’t address the real issue.
• Antibiotic prescribed, but it wasn’t ideal for your type of infection.
• When you followed up, the doctor only suggested a CAT scan as the next step.
2. Primary care visit ($30):
• They did an ultrasound (which directly visualized the pocket).
• Nurse practitioner used a needle to drain pus from the abscess.
• They changed your antibiotic to one more targeted for this type of infection

Premier is great. First you don’t have to wait6-8 hrs to be seen. They have admitting privileges at the hospital. They were quick with the CT they did and the radiologist read. They admitted me to Providence and they gave me an MRCP at 7:30 am. It is now 7 pm and still no one has come to tell me what it says

The nursing staff was patient and explained everything they were about to do. The doctor was fantastic. He explained everything before it happened, and seemed to genuinely care.

A swab was taken and I was told it would be about 10 minutes. After waiting in the room for more than an hour with no more interaction, I thought they had forgotten me or there was a problem. It would have been nice to know what was going on. After the Dr came, I finally understood the problem.

All staff during my visit, from the registration through the discharge process, were welcoming, efficient, and professional! The Nurse Practicioner was caring and spent quality time with me. She listened more than she talked before prescribing medication. She was amazing at administering her diagnosis and solutions.

It’s privately owned so they only care about money. Greed has destroyed every single aspect of life. Everyone wants to be rich, regardless how many poverty level people they must step on to attain it.

Excellent experience. The doctor was so friendly and kind. I was so grateful that my daughter was able to get the first dose of the antibiotics before we left since it was a Sunday evening and all the pharmacies were closed.

Doctor was friendly but was largely unhelpful. I went to urgent care because I was dealing with an existing illness and was trying to see if there was anything else wrong that I could get treatment for. When the doctor did the initial examination he said that I probably had nothing else wrong and then waited for my response. I was not satisfied so
