My wait in the waiting room was under 15 minutes. However my wait in the exam room was nearly an hour. Communication about how long it may take to be seen my a provider would be helpful. Truly thought I had been forgotten because no one came by to give any updates.

Our appointment took 10 minutes, we waited for over an hour. I don't know what the point of the appointment system is if it doesn't somehow make your waiting time less. Overall our care was excellent, super friendly front desk staff.

I received very poor care at this facility. I had to go to the emergency room the following day due to very severe symptoms. That were completely ignored during my visit at the urgent care. Explained Throat, pain, ear, pain, fever, muscle aches, and dizziness to the medical staff at the urgent care, but they only treated the fever and nothing else. I had to go to the emergency room because the medicine they gave me was doing absolutely nothing, and they neglected to complete a full medical assessment to understand my needs.

The nurses that helped us were very compassionate and were quite patient with our 8-year-old son, especially when he needed to get a shot in the thigh.

Super friendly staff! One suggestion, may e get a couple more physicians so there's not only ONE on busy days. Wait time was 2.5 hours.. other than that this place is awesome!

I asked warm blanket since I got there so many times. But they didn't gave me about 1.5 hours.

Was drastically overprescribed antibiotics at Premier. When I figured out the dosage was wrong and contacted Premier, I was told that the doctor has prescribed the correct dose despite the fact that I had a copy of the discharge papers with the wrong dose and the pharmacy confirmed the dose was wrong. I did not get a clear answer about why this happened and was asked if I read the bottle correctly. This was dangerous to begin with, but the response left me with little confidence that Premier will take responsibility for such errors.

Shane Moore was exceptional. He listened to concerns, evaluate thoroughly and was compassionate in his response. Really grateful for his help after a rough week with two (relatively minor) head injuries for my son. He tried to put my fears at ease but also educated on what to look for and be concerned about if symptoms should change.
The front desk staff was also very helpful and kind.
Would definitely recommend you all to others.

I did pre registration for 10:30am around 8am. I was not taken back until 11:30, which was after I filled out the papers at the front. I don't understand the point of pre registration when it did not get me seen any faster and when I just had to fill out the paper version of the questionnaire. I was asked 4 times by receptionists and questionnaires why I was there/my symptoms. It is redundant and unnecessary.

I waited 3 hours waiting to be seen so that I could receive a flu test but was well taken care of by the staff once I was admitted.

Check in/registration was a little bit chaotic, I wasn't sure who to talk to. The practice of calling out names from the door at the end of the waiting area (it was busy/full on this day) is not effective. Most of the time we couldn't hear the name the first time.

Really bad timing for all concerned. Massive outbreaks of infections and placed was packed. I understood but 2 1/2 hours door to door was a lot when ill. Dr's were very apologetic. Unforeseen circumstances I guess. Premier is always my first choice!

My 3 year old was having a hard time breathing. The lady at the front desk was so kind and responsive to our needs. They got us to the back right away. The nurses and Dr was just as attentive and took such great care of my baby. We had a great experience during a very scary time.

Went in for shoulder pain. Doctor didn't ask questions just said I need a deep tissue massage. Google and webmd would of given me a better diagnosis.

Triage process was confusing. There was a nine year old child with an open head wound that required stitches and other people who were not in obvious pain or discomfort with no apparent injuries who were communicating normally who were treated first.
