DR PAUL burns, MD……was correct to all degrees of my problems….never met him in our lives, can not say how we were lucky enough to get his words and sincere approach to helping me…but he saved the day for me, and just great and wonderful settings and so very assuring things so good for me……I will never go to a hospital emergency again……thank you for all your help…will be seeing you on next time………God Bless you all, I will keep telling my story. Thanks again.

I was visiting from California and forgot my medication at home for an ear infection. The staff was very kind. The service was very quick and I can’t tell you how grateful I am, it was a wonderful experience being able to go someplace out of state and have them take care of you.

Dr. Popejoy was very kind attentive amd knowledgeable.
Nurse Gage was kind, helpful and compassionate.
Lab tech, hit valve in my vein causing a lot of pain. And very slow drip. Before being discharge he placed Blood Pressure cuff on my arm above IV lovation ( IV had been removed and dressed. He ran the BP cuff several tines, causing a lot of blood loss through IV site.
I believe he needs more supervision or training.

Pre admit for hospital care done at premier. After leaving Premier we went straight to Hillcrest and to room. Admission process made so simple.

From the time we got there coming in Brittany at the front desk brought a wheel chair out. The nurse and PA were amazing and we were out in an hour. They had crutches and an aircast ready and sent us out.

Everything just ran so smoothly. I’d just been in an accident and they were able to walk me through everything at my scrambled brain state. I really appreciate the help!

I was experiencing a lot of pain that day. The staff was quick to help. Although the medical staff was not equipped to give a steroid shot into the bursa, they were able to give other injections to relieve the paid until I could get an appointment with an Orthopedist. I was very thankful for the treatment and referral.
