I am not sure I really felt listened to, or was given much of a chance to explain my symptoms. I was in a lot of pain.

The doctor's treatment plan worked well I rested well and my leg, that was so painful last night, is considerably better today. I'm still using the walker but have much less pain. I'm grateful for the care I received.

This was not my first visit to Premier ER and I have always had great experiences with the service and care of this facility so in short ladies and gentlemen keep up the great work

Outstanding! This is the best urgent care facility I have ever visited because of your excellent staff. Reception, treatment, and billing were excellent. Friendliest folks ever and professional in every aspect. Thanks for the efficiency and the good care!

CAT scan done on sight & findings from radiologist available in a timely manner. Every person - nurse Wendi, Dr. Popejoy, CAT scan tech Judy - was unusually kind, clear in sharing actions & reasons, and professional.

The billing was much more upfront this time about what's considered er and urgent care. In the past I was surprised by a bill, but this time it was more clear what services would count for each.

There was a mix up with my insurance and the staff helped out until it was figured out. Very nice and kind.

The nurses did not communicate well at all about how long the process was gonna take or where they were going half the time. they would say they were going to "set up" for my scans and not return for an entire hour. I spent 5 hours in premier and only about 1 hour of that was with doctors and nurses, the rest was just waiting. I don't like that premier charges more for going late at night but provides much slower, low quality care than they do during the day.

Confession: I have White Coat Syndrome! My son was with me. I have advanced severe glaucoma, so he was my driver as well. Everything went smoothly. In a nanosecond, I was diagnosed with a Poison Ivy outbreak. The only issue I faced was the correction that was needed on the initial dosing amount. No harm done!! My son

The emergency care service was the best I have ever received anywhere. There was not one thing that I could criticize. Quite the contrary, it was exceptional: the reception, the nurse, the doctor, The treatment, and the speed of the treatment.

The girl at the front desk was so kind! The doctor let me talk and he explained everything in detail to make me comfortable. I convinced myself I had something seriously wrong with me and he took the steps to ensure I understood I was in fact, not dying. I wish I could have him be my primary care doctor! It was such a quick visit. There have been plenty of urgent cares where the staff is so rude and just assume you're there for the wrong reasons. I am so relieved and thankful I found this place.

The guy who called me to the back and took vitals, Reymundo seemed very bothered to be doing his job. He had no emotion and gave me little communication. I was given "swabs" as he said and then when he left he said let me go test these, gave no time, was just overall not friendly. And this is the 2nd time I've had him bring me to the back, based off his attitude alone I more than likely will find services elsewhere.

I'd rather be bleeding out and make the drive somewhere else than go back to Premier. WORST care I've ever been in, WORST bed side manners, and "doctor" had no clue what he was even talking abt when I did get him in the room briefly.
