Super clean facility, very limited time one the waiting rooms, everyone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with my care and the timeframe I was there. I have always recommended Premier to several! Thank you!

Doc & nurse were attentive, listened and wanted to help. Way better than my last experience there with my husband a few years ago. The doctor did not listen well and was a little condescending and not helpful. That time had been my only bad experience in over 5 or 6 years of experience with you. However, my recent experience was great and I was helped so much. Thank you.

I have been to Premier several times and have always been treated by knowledgeable and friendly staff. It is next to impossible to get a 'same-day' appointment with a PCP, but Premier is an excellent source of medical help when it is needed!

I came to Premier because I was wanting a blood test to check for hantavirus. It was explained by the nurse practioner unless I had specific symptoms, I did not need the blood test. I appreciated the advice and was pleased I was not charged.

My family and I only go to premier in Temple.
We pass multiple urgent care facilities before Premier, but the service is unmatched. We sadly have a lot of emergency experience and we make sure every one we know goes to Premier. The staff is so caring and and professional. They make sure you are treated and have a real solution before you are discharged. Lives can be saved by your facility

This is the only urgent care that I take myself or any of my family members. I'm not sure if we ever get the same medical staff, but it is never an issue. You have the most caring staff every time we have gone. This visit was no exception. I am so grateful that Premier is available to help the community.

They correct part of my body (the shin,) was not looked at on the CT scan. They were looking at the ankle. Can't figure out why as I made it clear that the problem was in my leg.

I used to come here when I had no insurance. Upfront pricing, never any surprise bills. Now I have insurance that covers everything and since Urgent Care is 24/7 and closer than Seton, I come here after hours
