I was having a steroid induced psychosis.
I didn't not know it at the time. But Dr
Josh was the only person I could focus on
Because he was nice and listened to me
I was very angry and mad at everyone but him
He calmed me down I went to hospital then
To canyon creek behavioral before anyone
Figured it out.

I loved the care that was given to me. And the nurse and Doctors knowledge. They took care of my eye within minutes. God bless premier care

It's been 6 days since my visit. I feel the medicine prescribed had no better effect than over the counter that I had been taking. I experienced very little relief from the cough and congestion.

I was teste for flu, covid and strep. all came back negative. Hard for me to believe Im no better and feel so bad.

I asked warm blanket since I got there so many times. But they didn't gave me about 1.5 hours.

It took 2 hours just to be seen and then another hour before discharge (ear infection so nothing time consuming). There was an entire hour where not a single person was taken from the waiting room.

Waited 2 hours to finally see the doctor. Which I understand & it was a very busy day. However, when the doctor came in he came in rude & didn't apologize for the wait & then proceeded with this terrible attitude towards me & asked questions in the most self centered sarcastic manner.
The ladys at the front were extremely sweet & the nurses I saw were sweet as well. Whole experience was ruined from the doctor.

Was drastically overprescribed antibiotics at Premier. When I figured out the dosage was wrong and contacted Premier, I was told that the doctor has prescribed the correct dose despite the fact that I had a copy of the discharge papers with the wrong dose and the pharmacy confirmed the dose was wrong. I did not get a clear answer about why this happened and was asked if I read the bottle correctly. This was dangerous to begin with, but the response left me with little confidence that Premier will take responsibility for such errors.

Got sick from being in there. Takes a long time to go thru process. Nice people except older lady at front. She's very grumpy. Everyone else was great. Especially the other lady who checks people in. She's great.

Nurse practitioner wasn't the friendliest. Felt like she was in a rush to get me in and out and didn't really hear my concerns.

I waited 3 hours waiting to be seen so that I could receive a flu test but was well taken care of by the staff once I was admitted.

They were extremely efficient and administered pain medicine quickly and arranged for an ambulance ride to the ER at Scott White in Temple. Very carefully took the necessary X-rays of my right shoulder! I was very thankful.!

It is nice to know there is a facility, and staff so close when we have a medial need. The staff, and facility do an excellent job of not only providing the needed care but doing so in a comforting, professional,and courteous manner.

I would have given more stars but the Dr prescribed me a cough medicine that had pseudoephedrine in it, which he knew I am allergic to. Thankfully the pharmacist caught it and so I didn't use it. I called premier to let them know and see if the Dr could prescribe something else. I was told the Dr would call me back. That was over 24 hours ago and I've never received a call. And still don't have any cough medicine I can take.

Really bad timing for all concerned. Massive outbreaks of infections and placed was packed. I understood but 2 1/2 hours door to door was a lot when ill. Dr's were very apologetic. Unforeseen circumstances I guess. Premier is always my first choice!

Honestly it astounded me that the doctor came in and asked all kinds of questions and was ready to diagnose then asked if I was pregnant. Normal question to ask if it wasn't literally written on my paperwork and check-in sheet and having a massive belly. It just showed that he in fact did not read any of my paperwork and that could have been bad.

The physician was open and friendly. He communicated well and did a quality focused assessment. The nurse did no physical assessment at all. The Ultrasound tech was friendly and timely once the order was put in.

To speed up the process in waiting to be seen, and the treatment time. However, some more staff would have been helpful to the already overworked staffs.The staff were extremely busy with the over loaded patients that kept coming in including myself. Thanks

Very pleasant experience under the circumstances. My doctor's office couldn't get me in until Monday, I couldn't wait that long. Best care I have had at an urgent care facility.

This staff is top notch!! They treated me with respect and truly cared about me. Dr Gill is so compassionate and listened to me when I told him about my dad's recent passing. The nurses were also wonderful and efficient!! The registration team is also so pleasant and smiles when you come in!! Thank you all for your kindness when I was so sick!!

I came in feeling very bad after being sick 5 days already I felt I was getting worse
The check in staff were kind and nurse doctors didn't minimize my discomfort
I was prescribed enough medicine that helped with bad cough and congestion
I'm a veteran so I could not drive the 5 miles to the VA
Being taken serious in time of need was huge even if it turned out to be respiratory infection
I will use them again
I have already recommended them to other veterans in my neighborhood
They're open 24 hours close by
