I came in for a suspected broken collarbone(correct assumption). Front desk staff, nurses, gentleman who took the X-rays, the doctor.. everyone was very friendly and offered great care. The wait to get called back was short and I was in and out in less than an hour. Really appreciate everyone’s attention to care, humor and professionalism during my ego bruising visit.

The registration process was very good. Doctor Gill was very good. But some of the staff they were not friendly! And the wait time to discharge was longer than I expected. But I will go back again!

My only small complaint would be we sat in exam room for at least 30 minutes. Seemed long. There was only one other person in front of us at check in. But otherwise all good and went well.

I’m not sure the time could have been shorter as it was busy, I had an xray and blood work along with a breathing treatment but I was there about 5 hours. NP was fantastic. The lady at check in was friendly and organized.

Daughter called ahead and they were ready for us. We were called within 5 min. to go to a room. The dr came in quickly accessed my wound and began treatment. We were out in about 30 min. We said goodbye and left...that was our discharge.
