As a Canadian we are unaccustomed to the convenience
and efficiency Urgent Care offers. The staff were kind, the space was pristine by comparison and was less expensive than we imagined.

Rude doctor, rude nurse, nurse did not take fever and did not listen to lungs so malpractice was completed. There was only one friendly staff member (one nurse) my whole visit. After 7pm the staff makes you feel like a burden. This is unacceptable.

I was told right off the bat that I had a miscarriage, when moments before with the ultrasound tech told me it could be too early to tell.
The doctors and nurse went directly to negatives. Pretty much told me to not have any hope.

Katie and Dr. Smith were kind, courteous and compassionate. It was quick to get it, have images completely quickly but the wonderful Paige and we were discharged with speed yet knowledgeable care being provided. Thank yall so much!!

Over two hour wait and no nurse or medical staff showed up to check on me when I got to the "back". I guess I was a "lost" patient. Fed up, I just walked out. I have used Premier for years, but not any more. Please make sure you do NOT bill my insurance company.

The friendly staff and concern for my care was so comforting. I was at the clinic for a short period of time and was given great care. The doctor was very knowledgeable about my issue and gave the precise prescription needed to recover. An overall great experience. Thank you!

Second time I have come in around 7:30-8 pm. Both times have been treated like "We close at 9, we don't have time for you!" If I felt I needed UC at 3pm I would have come in.

There was a bit of indecision as to whether or not to do a nasal swab and take x-rays. Apparently, there was some back up in x-ray.. Not sure where the people came from for that based on cars I saw.. be that as it may... I waited more than 45 mins after the nasal swab before leaving the room and finding someone to explain the wait. Just a little weird or discourteous

The clinic was extremely clean
The nurses and doctor were very professional and friendly made eye eye contact when speaking to my daughter and I I highly recommend Premier urgent care my first visit 100% satisfied

I've been here twice and both times I felt a judgy and snooty attitude from some of the staff. I want to go to an ER where I feel safe to talk in a judgment free zone.

My only complaint was an incorrect address was in the system from a previous visit and I thought the correct address had been entered in during my most recent visit but when I was transferred to be admitted in the hospital the paperwork from Premier still had the incorrect address. Everything else about my visit was great.

The dr made me feel like he cared how sick I was and did his best to find out why I was so sick with equipment they had to make sure I received what was needed to make me feel better I was so pleased and did not have to wait long the dr was so pleasant along with the nurses I would encourage anyone to go there
