The visit was good. The doctor was extremely good as he knew exactly what seemed to be wrong. He was friendly, kind, understanding, and concerned. The only problem I encountered was the time Factor it seemed to be quite a long. This was due to the cat scan.

The Medical Assistant was very knowledgeable and was caring and considerate. The nurse on duty was condescending, rude and seemed irritated by my answers. When I told her I could not swallow (because of the strep throat) she snipped back "How do you expect to swallow your medicine?" Her answers were very short and clipped.

I went in unsure of the ability of the doctor to fix a ingrown toenail. The doctor was able to remove the toenail. The first shot hurt but the next two i didn't feel.

I was late in submitting a refill request for one of my seizure medications. i checked with the pharmacist for options. he suggested an urgent care clinic could write for emergency supply RX until the neurology office reopened. everyone was so kind and understanding.

I thought I may have had appendicitis, it was approximately 4 am. The receptionist was great! The nurse and technician were amazing and Dr Smith was very informative. I will definitely recommend this facility and God forbid I need emergency care again I’ll be back.

I had an accident where a horse tried to trample me, so I felt I needed an x-ray (I have osteoporosis). I was in a lot of pain and did not want to go to the hospital ER and wait for hours. Premier was the best choice in my case.
