Upon my visit it was very pleasant. When I was be lead to the room. It was a technician with a very bad attitude. She had no patience or no work ethics. She was replaced by a nice young lady with a lot of compassion and patience.

Doc and nurse were exceptional! Very happy with Premiere in Temple, Tx.

Each time we've visited, we were addressed that you collect $80 if no amount is listed. Although I understand the business side of this, we pay a lot in our premiums to have no copay at time of service. Also being the end of the year, most families at have already reached their OOP max and will not owe anything. As someone who has been incorrectly billed in the past and/or had a difficult time receiving a refund for overpayment, I feel this process at your clinic needs to change. Also, it seems more education may be needed regarding eligibility verifications so whomever is asking for payment is more confident with their requests should they believe money is owed. Thanks!

I was very impressed with all the individuals that I came into contact with at this Temple location. They were so friendly and were very supportive during my visit. They gave me a lot of important information about my medical care. It was a very positive experience.

Everyone was friendly and helpful

They were very helpful and got my daughter in right away which I appreciate. The front staff as well as the dr she had seen were very kind and made the stress level for me easier.

I was told I can't be seen again due to prior unpaid balance but I pay my copay up front every time I go in.the unpaid portion is from 2023 when I didn't have insurance. Not sure why it hasn't gone to collections already. I am not working right now due to medical leace due to my current health issues. I don't have any additional money to pay you right now.
