Everything went well till I was waiting for the radiologist to read the xray. I was left in the examine room for an extended amount of time to the point I opened the door to see if I had been forgotten. The doctor was standing at the nurses station and apologized he should have let me know they were waiting on the radiologist report otherwise the appt was good

Everyone from the front desk to the Dr were amazing! I got in within 10 kins of checking in. The staff were super friendly and the Dr. was amazing. I will definitely use them for my urgent care needs. .

They are always professional and the wait time is minimal on most of my visits. I would have to go to the walk in clinic if I called for an appointment at my regular Dr for problems that need attention and they are closer than driving to the clinic. The full staff is friendly and helpful.

The visit was good. The doctor was extremely good as he knew exactly what seemed to be wrong. He was friendly, kind, understanding, and concerned. The only problem I encountered was the time Factor it seemed to be quite a long. This was due to the cat scan.

I walked away feeling like I paid for a ct scan which is very expensive and a good tool but still didn’t find the injury causing me pain. Something just didn’t seem right about the visit; I just can’t put my finger on it.

I went in because my asthma had worsened and I have an inhaler that is being mailed from Asra Zenica thru a special program but it is not here yet. I felt that the doctor was accusing me of not taking care of myself. His bedside manner was poor at best.
I have always had a great experience at Premier but was very disappointed in this doc’s care.

Doctor was great. Could smell strep & didn’t make my son gag and take the strep test. Gave him meds to release pain immediately & prescribed antibiotics. Great service!

The Medical Assistant was very knowledgeable and was caring and considerate. The nurse on duty was condescending, rude and seemed irritated by my answers. When I told her I could not swallow (because of the strep throat) she snipped back "How do you expect to swallow your medicine?" Her answers were very short and clipped.

The wait was very long for the doctor to come in . He came in talked to us briefly. He said give me two minutes I will be back with your prescription. He was then gone a whole lot longer than two minutes. Hoping we don’t get a big bill since nothing really was done other than writing us a prescription.

I had clear symptoms of an angina attack and probably should have gone to the hospital for more testing, which I did. I was told by another Dr that angina attacks don't show up on an ekg if they have subsided. I felt like I was being treated as if I had indigestion or anxiety. I probably won't feel comfortable coming back for treatment in the future. The other nurses and staff were great and helped calm my concerns when I walked in. I appreciate their care during a scary time for me.

I went in unsure of the ability of the doctor to fix a ingrown toenail. The doctor was able to remove the toenail. The first shot hurt but the next two i didn't feel.

I was late in submitting a refill request for one of my seizure medications. i checked with the pharmacist for options. he suggested an urgent care clinic could write for emergency supply RX until the neurology office reopened. everyone was so kind and understanding.
