Check-in was quick, everyone was soooo nice, kind, considerate compassionate and you don’t find that everywhere. I was very impressed with the entire experience! Bailey(hope I spelled that correctly) Logan, Andy, and Dr Tyler Miklovic! Hopefully I won’t have to make a return visit but if I do then it definitely will be to see you guys! Precious people! ????

Discharge took a longer than I thought. Doctor was busy with other patients so it was understandable. All and All I would rate Premier 20/10. Doctor and staff were amazing. Definitely would recommend them.

The 2 nurses who helped me with catheter bag told me alot along with the dr. The Dr . They were well seasoned professionals giving me good information. This Premier ER is the best!! In 2.2.2017 I went to them and needed emergency appendectomy. Saved my life for certain. They take Medicare/United and any other insurance (that Im aware of). Very clean waiting rooms, patient rooms-the facility well kept!! Since 2017 I have been there at least 7 times, even when I moved away from Temple in 2020 to nearby county-I still return

The registration process was very quick, the nurse showed a definite integers in my issue, an eye infection, and the doctors throughly discussed my issus and prescribed medication that took care of me.

The quality of care I received was amazing! All of the staff were friendly and kept me informed of what was going on. The x-ray technician worked very hard to get the x-rays that I needed because I couldn’t get out of the bed to walk to the room. I highly recommend anybody who’s in need of care go to this facility!

I am satisfied with this experience, especially the friendliness of the lady who checked me in and out. All were friendly, but she stood out. I would just like to make an off-topic comment. I wish you accepted Tricare, as my daughter and her family would benefit greatly by being able to use your facility.

The team was great. The only complaint I have is that I wasn’t told that I was being transferred by ambulance to the hospital until EMS showed up. Otherwise, my experience was fantastic.
