I continue to be impressed by every aspect of this clinic. First of all, I can actually get in to see a doctor, a feat that I cannot do with my GP. The staff is always very pleasant. I very seldom have to wait more than about 20minutes to see someone. The nurses, PA'S and doctors have always been pleasant and knowledgeable.
I will continue to go back whenever the need arises.

Instruction sheet had no care for a cut that had glue placed on the incision,and I had an injection and don't think I had the area cleaned with a alcohol prep or a bandaid placed on the site

Doctor needs to change gloves after touching cabinets prior to performing procedure.

Entire process was friendly, professional, and efficient by all staff. Each person was personable and compassionate, showing concern with diagnosis and care. Great treatment at a time of medical need.

As a registered nurse myself. I was very impressed with the personalized care I received. The nurse practitioner and registered nurse were very professional and caring. They were efficient and understanding to some of my personal needs, which has fallen to the wayside with Baylor, Scott and White. Standardized care is not always the best care.

I injured my eye and was immediately seen. Dr and nurse were very helpful and knew just what to do. The Dr checked my eye very thoroughly and I was very grateful to receive such knowledgeable care!

Receptionist was friendly yet prompt in completing registration. Physician was a good communicator. Nurse was friendly and attentive to carrying out directions of of care provider.

I was totally amazed by the Premier ER + Urgent Care.
The check-in staff was nice and friendly, my Nurse and Doctor worked as a Team, and seemed care. You wasn't made to feel like a number.
I highly recommend Premier.

Premier office staff, nurses and doctors are the best in Central Texas. They have been able to take care of issues that the primary care doctor couldn't. They have definitely earned our trust!

Everyone was so nice! My first visit was so awesome. After a bad experience at BSW, in which they hardly did anything to find out what the stomach pain was and the bedside manner was terrible!
I was sent home without a diagnosis. The pain increased over the next day so my husband took me to Premier. Not only was I treated with kindness and concern, they did a CT scan and found the issue.. pancreatitis! Thank you to all the staff!!

Temple Premier ER and Urgent Care is an excellent medical facility. The front office staff were friendly and professional, did their job quickly. There was very little wait time and the care I received excellent care from the nurse and doctor.
