I went in due to a reaction with Mucinex DM and my prescription medications. I had never experienced the symptoms I was having. I was sent home with medicine for coughing. I made an apt with my doctor 2 days later because something was not right. I ultimately was diagnosed with Serotonin Syndrome after having a seizure, this is what should have been diagnosed at Premiere. This could have been deadly. My doctor was so disappointed that I was dismissed and did not have tests run or scans done. I was clearly confused and out of sorts while at Premiere. The doctor spent 5 mins with me after allowing me to wait for 30 mins after arriving.

Y'all are my go-to when I can't get into my PCP. I've never had a negative experience here and there knowledge and expertise of the providers and nurses are excellent.

All care was excellent. Very professional and attentive to my needs. I had been to 2 other urgent care facilities that failed to do that and misdiagnosed me. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart!

I caught that one of the meds prescribed was something I was allergic too. The doctor was very good and they fixed it right away. I wish I had access to the blood results to share with my primary physician. My thankful to get a CD of my CAT scan.

We waited for so long for a very simple, quick interaction with the doctor. He spent maybe five minutes with us. There was no need for such a long wait. And people who were still in the waiting room when we got called back were leaving at the same time as us. That didn't seem right. I felt like because our issue was so simple we got ignored and spent hours there.

The provider did not introduce themselves, so we do not know their name or credentials, which is important.
The wait was very long, almost 3 hours. We did pre-register online and choose an arrival time, I understand this is not an appointment time, however, I think it would be very helpful to provide time estimates/updates to patients or allow them to leave and ask them to return at at a certain time. The care we received was very minimal and did not feel like quality care. At checkout, the provider marked it as an emergency visit, which I strongly believe is inaccurate, thankfully the person checking us out changed it to an urgent care visit on their own accord. Ultimately, I am thankful that Premier is available as an option, and appreciate people working there, however, I believe there is room for improvement. Even the simple process of building rapport in the exam room with the provider (introducing themselves, making patients feel like they care) can make up for long wait times, etc.

I received a printout of the lab blood tests, but would have liked to receive reports showing my elevated blood pressure readings and EKG so I could share that info with my cardiologist.

The pharmacy at the hospital (understanding it was Christmas) took 50+ mins to complete what they said would take 30 mins. Poor for expectation management.

have been to this facility multiple times, and every time I have to fill out the same piece of paper at checkin... couldn't you just save a copy for next time?

I went in one morning with horrible pain for pharyngitis. I went home and started to feel worse. My husband called and the doctor who was different than the one I saw said come in and I can be re-evaluted. Everyone was very nice and took care of me quickly. My infection had gotten worse and I needed IV antibiotics and pain medicine. Thankfully I went back because had I waited I would have been transported the hosptial. I am so thankful for the care I received.

Before we moved from Texas to Florida this year, I would choose to visit Premier ER before going to my own doctor. The speed of service, accuracy of diagnosis and time to treatment is all second to none. We miss it so much and we're thankful they still took our insurance when visiting during the holidays. The dr stuck his head in the door to advise of my test results and then walked away. The medication prescribed was also incorrect fir my condition.

I'm telling all of my friends about your facility. While it's a longer drive for us, it's much easier and quicker to be seen than trying to get a same-day appointment with my PCP. Wait time is next-to-nothing, staff is courteous and efficient, care is excellent.

Everyone at Premier was very attentive & caring. There was no waiting, as it was when going to the hospital emergency room. I have waited up to 5-6 hrs. without much concern for my pain. All of the Dr.'s, nurses & techs at Premier were intent on getting me out of pain as quick as possible. Going to the hospital emergency was not an option for me again.
