We were very impressed with the doctor and nurse. The doctor listened to the symptoms and after tests, we were sent on to BS&W for life saving treatment.

Greeted as I entered and leaving the Urgent Care Facility
The office staff was exceptional in getting all the forms filled out completely
Nurses , X-ray and Doctor were pleasant upbeat.
This was my first experience with an urgent care facility and I would go back to them if I have another occurrence. Very satisfied patient.

I unfortunately received bad news, my Doctor called a family member for me and explained my condition, he also went over my CT scan and explained it to me and pointed out the phone number and offered his assistance if anything else came up once I got home.

I unfortunately came down with a sinus infection while traveling from NC to Texas for a short visit prior to moving. I was reluctant to go in because usually the wait time for an ER visit on a holiday is just not worth it. I came in anyway and I was seen and out with my prescription in about an hour.

I was in and out quickly and my situation was taken care of. It was convenient to where I live and they took my insurance for a reasonable co-pay.

I really appreciated the nurse's advice about my issue. The younger nurse that took my vitals did fine, but it was the advice from the older nurse that I appreciated so much. I never felt like she was talking down to me or was embarrassed to share her similar experience.

I would like to see treatment & diagnosis done more quickly. Laying in an exam room for hours is stressful for patients.

The CT machine wasn't working properly and I'm still a little worried that my diagnosis wasn't accurate. To go through a CT and then find out the machine was not working properly is absolutely not acceptable. That is not a fun procedure.

Everyone was really nice. The only things that were not positive is I asked to try shots for my migraine and if they didn't work then the IV. They said they didn't know if they had the shots and we should just do IV. I feel like it was a ploy to make me pay the ER rate and not my best care. The second I had to wait over an hour in the lobby with a migraine. They had a screening baby in there and another who kept coughing around people. Made me uncomfortable.

The doctor's treatment plan worked well I rested well and my leg, that was so painful last night, is considerably better today. I'm still using the walker but have much less pain. I'm grateful for the care I received.

Dr Gill suggested we call her neurologist and they were so glad he did because of her Glut 1. I wish yall would take Medicaid because we would come more because it's closer to our house. But I'm willing to pay out of pocket for the quality of care.

I frequent the ER because it's better than Scot and white. The time difference is amazing. When I have a flair, Dr. Gill, Strohman, and Smith are exceptional doctors. They know what to do immediately. I love Ashlin. She always has compassion and a smile for me. What a blessing this team is!
