My wife brought my son who is 17yr old on Friday to be treated for a severe cough that he's had for a week after previously being treated by y'all for pneumonia back in late Oct. Your PA that he saw did NOTHING for him. Zero antibiotics & was told to get that checked with his primary care. So why did we even come there? To throw away $235? He should have been given antibiotics! Had I been there I would have insisted. So you basically took our money and said yea you should have him see someone else! He is worse today & I am extremely upset!

Good facility with an efficient and friendly staff. The registration process is frustrating because there is an online, text, email option plus the in person option. We filled out the online intake form via the text message then again have to fill out the same information via paper. Is this the only way this process can be done? The care and facility was satisfactory like most healthcare facilities. Appreciate the availability and locality of the facility.

The doctor provided slim to non patient care. Very terrible experience. The doctor acted as if he was in a rush or too busy to provide care. Once he left he went to the receptionist desk to hang out. Will try to keep everyone from visiting this clinic in temple tx.

Making me wait for exray for a long time then doctor didnt give a referral to an orthopedic doctor.!? I had to call back 6 days later to find out about referral so I Can notify my employer. I was there for 3 hours. ?????

I'm frustrated with the quality of care I received. I was told my urine sample was negative for a UTI and basically treated for STD's, which I did not have. The medicines prescribed are typically for treating STD's but I was "diagnosed" with pelvic inflammatory. Which I also ended up not having. I ended up having to go to my primary care for a follow up, and I found out I did indeed have a UTI and was told to stop taking the medicines prescribed because they were for STD's. She tested me for this as well, and I was negative. I ended up having to pay for a different prescription that would actually treat the UTI that I have. I feel like I wasted about $100 between the copay and prescriptions that weren't going to help me with my symptoms.

I've never had a bad experience at Premier Urgent Care-staff is always friendly, nurses and doctors listen to and address your concerns / issues and treat accordingly! I highly recommend!

Upon my visit it was very pleasant. When I was be lead to the room. It was a technician with a very bad attitude. She had no patience or no work ethics. She was replaced by a nice young lady with a lot of compassion and patience.

My son came in with a knee injury. Only an X-ray was taken where I feel a scan would have been more beneficial in his circumstance. If the facility did not have that as an option I would have like to have been told that. Also, his note for school had not one but two dates that were incorrect and the school nurse had to call to verify.

Each time we've visited, we were addressed that you collect $80 if no amount is listed. Although I understand the business side of this, we pay a lot in our premiums to have no copay at time of service. Also being the end of the year, most families at have already reached their OOP max and will not owe anything. As someone who has been incorrectly billed in the past and/or had a difficult time receiving a refund for overpayment, I feel this process at your clinic needs to change. Also, it seems more education may be needed regarding eligibility verifications so whomever is asking for payment is more confident with their requests should they believe money is owed. Thanks!

I was told I can't be seen again due to prior unpaid balance but I pay my copay up front every time I go in.the unpaid portion is from 2023 when I didn't have insurance. Not sure why it hasn't gone to collections already. I am not working right now due to medical leace due to my current health issues. I don't have any additional money to pay you right now.
