My son broke his finger and is terrified of needles. The doctor and staff made him very comfortable and and treated him with compassion. Fantastic service.

Overall care was great. The cleanliness of the room we were in could have been improved. The floors were dirty and the chairs in the exam room had hair on them. Dr. Gill was great.

Always a great experience here.
We went to Baylor Scott and white children's clinic first on Wednesday. Didn't even give my kiddo oral antibiotics. Came here for a second opinion and immediately taken care of with oral antibiotics. 1 day later rash is not swollen or nearly as red. Premier has always made me feel better than Scott and white.

Now This..And by THIS I mean"Premier",the Whole process,from the visit,the online forms,the online appointment setting,Everything!!..That's how Folks run a Health Care Facility!!..I'm Very Thankful they are here,because SCOTT&STUPID WHITE SUX!!..Bunch of Unprofessional Bums,ALL of Them simpletons @ Scott&Blahh!!...Thank You Premier!!

We have come here several times for my husband when he needed to be checked out conveniently for symptoms that appeared suddenly. Now it was my turn to me the patient. Every staff member has been very caring and attentive and has helped to put us at ease at our visits. We really appreciate y'all and couldn't say enough how pleased we are with your location.

When I need medical care, I always come to PC first. Y'all take care of business and aren't afraid to administer proper treatment to correct my issues. I've never had to return due to complications. Medical care the way it should be!

This was my third visit, one of my previous visits was for the ER. After my previous experiences, I only came back because it's near our house and covered by our insurance. However, the service this time was astronomically better than before. The quality of the personnel is so much better and I was so glad I didn't have to be seen by the previous staff. The front desk staff, nurses and the doctor were excellent this time around. Everything went smoothly and pretty fast, while at the same time the nurses and doctor took their time to visit with me.

Maybe more automatic testing such as X-rays, flu and covid test when one enters with wheezing and trouble breathing? Dr did prescribe meds, but I left not knowing exactly what was causing my issue. I ended up having to go back to my clinic for same issues, their X-ray was able to rule out pneumonia, which is a good thing for an asthma patient such as myself. I do have a upper respiratory infection.

This is literally the most knowledgeable urgent care I've ever been to. The staff doesn't even second guess , every time we've been here we leave feeling 100% better in a very timely manor. I love having an urgent care close to my house we feel safe at and trust the doctors and nurses 100%!

I come here because the staff listens to me and doesn't put me through unneeded test to increase my bill. I. In and out very quickly and my issue is resolved each time.

This place is awesome. If you need to see a doctor or physician assistant immediately, this the place to go. Accepts Medicare. No appointment needed. Time into time out was about 30 minutes.

The check-in process is a bit confusing - there are a lot of moving pieces with the paper slips & the text messages. But overall this was the fastest time from when we got put in a room until discharge.

Oh my nurse and doctor were the best! They kept me calm and laughing and we could joke back and forth. The nurse had the best attitude ever for it being so late! The doctor was just awesome.

Everyone involved from check in to check out was very friendly and very nice! Made my son feel very comfortable while he felt icky. By the time he left he felt better! The staff and doctor were knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
