This was the fastest treatment I could have expected. I was not left waiting hours in a lobby with no updates. I was registered and taken to a room within 5 minutes. The NP was in shortly after and I was on my way in a total of 35 minutes! I was referred here by 2 coworkers who swear by this place & I agree! Friendly courteous care

I haven't had an issue with Premier. I love the service. The only issue I had was at the beginning during registration, I gave my updated address and insurance, but on my Doctor's note, my address was listed as a mixture of my new and old address. Other than that great service.

The doctor made me feel like I was making up my symptoms and didn't know what was going on like I was there for no reason and they had horrible bedside manner. All the other staff was amazing, but it was hard for me to explain my symptoms because I was in pain and they kept making side. Looks like I didn't know when I was talking about..

Care was excellent, facility was clean, and wait time was 0 because of my issue, but it looked like it wouldn't have been long regardless. Felt staff were very professional and were dedicated to ensuring I was safe going home! Also heard great things about Premier from a coworker who probably would have gone home and died had the staff not insisted on sending them directly to a higher level of care. I really appreciate having this service available and the staff were fantastic!

Had large, fluid filled sac on elbow. It was painful and sensitive. I expected aspiration and follow on antibiotics. Only antibiotics were prescribed. In the middle of the night, before I was able to fill my prescription, the infection blew through the skin leaving

I was not taking care of they did nothing they act like they was showing racism and did care about my care at all I had to walk out and go somewhere else they is a hot mess talking about my personal issues out loud in front of other staff and people I won't not be sending nobody to them at all
