I thought I may have had appendicitis, it was approximately 4 am. The receptionist was great! The nurse and technician were amazing and Dr Smith was very informative. I will definitely recommend this facility and God forbid I need emergency care again I’ll be back.

I had an accident where a horse tried to trample me, so I felt I needed an x-ray (I have osteoporosis). I was in a lot of pain and did not want to go to the hospital ER and wait for hours. Premier was the best choice in my case.

I really liked NP Kerry Zacharias. She was very knowledgeable and caring and professional. She explained everything and I left informed and comfortable with my aftercare. The nurse , x ray tech, and check in nurse were equally awesome. Very happy with everyone!!

The Doctor and Nurse were both excellent professionals. I felt I received the most knowledgeable and attentive care possible. The other staff were very nice and friendly as well throughout the process. My headache pain is now under control, I have access to resources to help stay that way and I have a better understanding what is causing it. Thank you!

Takes forever to get in with PCP. At Urgent Care i got in immediately, was seen and treated promptly, and was out in 20 minutes. I was impressed.

I have ALWAYS had the utmost best care! My provider Mark Montelongo when I’ve had him has always gone above to find answers instead of “band-aiding”. Treats you as a friend and not a numbered patient. Maddy my RN wonderful care, wish her all the best in her move.

A very good experience. Everyone was courteous , worked quickly to get me into a room. There was very little wait time once in the room before an aid was taking my info, a nurse came into the room, or for the doctor to come in. All 3 listened very carefully, shared the available options, and gave me the best treatment possible for my situation.
Great team! Great job. I and my loved ones will utilize Premier when Urgent Care is needed.

Thankful gor expedient care and confirmation of Jones fracture to right foot - no wrapping of foot to stabilize fracture was offered nor was a compression boot available - fracture was confirmed. All staff was courteous.

I called Freedom urgent care intending to go there 1st, but they were total Aholes on the phone, so I decided to go to Premier instead and avoid a horrible experience. Premier staff seemed happy & knowledgeable. Found my new urgent care

Naturally, I wasn't feeling well when I came in. Right from the start everyone was friendly, helpful and and expedient. They were able to help me right away. They listened and and then took some tests. The results were quick, they shared results and gave me a prescription and I was able to go home and get well. How friendly, helpful and attentive they all were. Great job.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was referred by my cardiologist when experiencing chest pains and the staff at Premier ER was patient, kind and quick to make sure that I was okay.
