I don't know when to take the steri strips off. Dr said a couple days, internet says up to 2 weeks.

All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Kann, the nurses seemed to show real concern and compassion, and were thorough with information for my illness.

I waited 3 hours waiting to be seen so that I could receive a flu test but was well taken care of by the staff once I was admitted.

It is nice to know there is a facility, and staff so close when we have a medial need. The staff, and facility do an excellent job of not only providing the needed care but doing so in a comforting, professional,and courteous manner.

The physician was open and friendly. He communicated well and did a quality focused assessment. The nurse did no physical assessment at all. The Ultrasound tech was friendly and timely once the order was put in.

I was there for over 2 hours for a flu test. I was the only one in the waiting room and I sat there for over 40 minutes and then waited in the back for over an hour and half. Overall, I was just very disappointed. I also asked for a juice or gatorade because I had a 101.8 fever that kept going up and I was told "one second" and then never heard from the nurse again. I could also hear them discussing my patient information from the hallway.

Service was incredible from the beginning until the end. The nursing staff was great. Dr. A was excellent, very thorough and friendly.
They did multiple tests and he explained everything he was doing and answered all questions very patiently

I'm so glad I found a place I can go to for urgent care when a hospital is not necessary. The fact that they're open 24 hours is amazing. Because you never know when you're going to need urgent care or emergency care for that matter. They put on the emergency.

The physician looked in my ear & knew right off what the problem was & prescribed antibiotics so I would feel better & get rid of the infection. Then she told me to read up on the infection & gave me the name.
she said it was interesting & she was right.

Was so pleased with the whole experience I had at the Premier urgent care center. They were extremely thorough, which went above and beyond my expectation. I felt they cared, which made me feel very comfortable while there. The doctor was knowledgable and caring.

The medical assessment wasn't as warm (just said what's your date of birth and was asking direct and questions without much concern and didn't say "hi" when first greeting me) the nurse appeared slightly confused about my medication regimen. However, the nurse was nice and overall had a good visit.
Also, the people in the front were very nice and gave me clear instructions while expressing concern for how I was feeling.

PA Jessica Bennett has provided excellent care for multiple members of my family (we need a frequent flier punch card, lol). She is consistently friendly, communicative, educational, efficient and has a fantastic bedside manner. 10 out of 10 recommend!
