From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and safe. I was very upset and crying and everyone I came into contact with was very caring and kind. I can’t say enough good things about the nurse and doctor that helped me. They were wonderful, especially the nurse. I can’t remember his name but he made me feel so much better! Amazing!

The medical staff and doctor were all very friendly and helped to turn a scary experience for my two year old into a fun one. They made me (the mom) feel like they actually cared about helping him and how he was feeling. He also really liked getting to pick a toy from the toy chest. Do not underestimate the power of toys!

Fantastic experience!!! Staff was great! Except.. The woman at the front desk wasn’t that nice. When I walked in She asked for my insurance card and ID I gave her my insurance card and she looked at me with a lil bit of sass “MA’AM , YOUR ID” . It wasn’t terrible I was just not feeling great (obviously) it made me feel like I did something wrong or was intentionally trying to not give my id. On the way out she was a bit softer. Aside from that the medical staff was beyond my expectations. Great experience highly recommend.

Front desk was extremely helpful finding insurance information, the nurse brought Tylenol for my daughter since I hadn’t given her anything, everything took very little wait time so I had enough time to get meds and kids fed dinner.

Nobody wants to go to an urgent care - but if you must, Premier should be your first-time. choice. Every asdociate was so kind, courteous and helpful. In and out quickly, and I also got a personalized thank you card sign by all the staff in the mail. No facility has ever treated me as kindly and I am so appreciative of all your efforts.
I do wish you had MRI capability..please consider this. Thank you so much!

My first ever urgent care visit (82 yrs). I did not know what to expect and my blood pressure showed it. However, everything was great. Waiting time was minimal, everyone knowledge and efficient. I greatly appreciated the call the next day to follow up on my care. Excellent!

I have been here several times and I have always been helped with such care and attention each time. Every interaction was kind and helpful and I always felt listened to. No matter how big or small my issue has been, they saw me quickly and I always left with a solution. I cannot recommend Premier ER and Urgent Care enough!
