I appreciated all the good care of that I received during my visit. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is so clean and spacious. I love that I've been able to get x-rays, cat scan, bloodwork, urine test, and everything at the same location. I highly recommend it to my friends. I bet it was facility more than five times within the last year. It's wonderful to have it here in town.

The initial nurses who came in seemed very nonchalant and almost bothered. However, when the PA came in she was great.
However, the registration process, wait time, and call the next day was excellent.

I fit virtually no instructions on what to do with my broken toe after I left. Now it's going numb and looks red I have idea of it's the buddy taping being too tight

The guy who called me to the back and took vitals, Reymundo seemed very bothered to be doing his job. He had no emotion and gave me little communication. I was given "swabs" as he said and then when he left he said let me go test these, gave no time, was just overall not friendly. And this is the 2nd time I've had him bring me to the back, based off his attitude alone I more than likely will find services elsewhere.

Great facility with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. There was zero wait time. My diagnosis and treatment required hospitalization and the transfer from Premier was seamless. Highly recommend Premier if you're looking for urgent care.

The drive up is awkward, patient is on right side of vehicle and to make a turn around to get him closest to the door was a tight turn.

When I need medical care, I always come to PC first. Y'all take care of business and aren't afraid to administer proper treatment to correct my issues. I've never had to return due to complications. Medical care the way it should be!

Was as easy as a doctors visit can be!such a pleasant visit. Not only staff was great but the facility itself was so clean and comfortable.

I was misdiagnosed, which allowed my illness to continue to incubate and ended up being admitted to the ER 72 hrs after my visit. When speaking with the nurse practitioner over the phone less than 48 hrs after my visit, I was told all I could do is come back in to be re-assessed for another $80 co-payment. That policy is absolutely ridiculous, dangerous, and greedy.

Oh my nurse and doctor were the best! They kept me calm and laughing and we could joke back and forth. The nurse had the best attitude ever for it being so late! The doctor was just awesome.

They addressed issues and gave remedy to try and help. Administered covid strep and flu tests for me so I didn't have opportunity to mess it up. Appreciated that.
