Doctors and Doctors assistants have been great it
Is the ones who come in and take your
Blood pressure and oxygen levels. The one from last night had no
Name tag, did not say hello did not say a word she just walked in and pulled my arm for blood pressure and oxygen I had to introduce myself she was so ugly but doctor and nurse were friend and the nurse were friendly and the X-ray tech was so friendly

Wonderful facility: clean, spacious and comfortable. This was my fourth or fifth visit to Premier San Marcos in the last few months. They now recognize me. (I've fallen and hurt myself.) The staff are wonderful, caring and attentive. It is worth paying a little more for the convenience of having testing done on site. As well as X-rays and cat scans. I have been recommending Premier to my friends.

I went in for a specific reason, which was clear and visible what was wrong. Instead i got tested for herpes, and was sent away still in pain and not the right treatment, i understand precautions but that clearly wasn't what i had, had an infection but was sent off with herpe medication instead of the right treatment, thankfully i went somewhere else to get the right medication to help my infection so my pain would go away and clear up quickly.

I haven't had an issue with Premier. I love the service. The only issue I had was at the beginning during registration, I gave my updated address and insurance, but on my Doctor's note, my address was listed as a mixture of my new and old address. Other than that great service.

Had large, fluid filled sac on elbow. It was painful and sensitive. I expected aspiration and follow on antibiotics. Only antibiotics were prescribed. In the middle of the night, before I was able to fill my prescription, the infection blew through the skin leaving

Rene, the imaging tech at first did not want my wife to join me while he was taking my vitals. It took several times of letting him know I wanted her to join me before he allowed her to. Other than this, the experience was great with everyone, including Rene.

Dr called and told them meds werent giving me and relief told me to take otc meds when PA told me if this med didnt work to call and they would send in ibuprofin 800 mg

It would have been nice to be able to get in and out of there without being there for 2 and 1/2 hours. There wasn't many people in there. There were more workers than anything

Whenever I bring my daughter here, they always make her feel extremely comfortable and safe. They are exceptionally kind and patient and the wait has been very short compared to other ERs

If test done can be done correctly. My daughter got 3 test done and all were negative ( when the nurse barely touched her nose for like a second) I previously had this nurse idk what she is but she is rude and always rushes! My daughter got x rays done and nothing showed, I was send home with 3 Rx's. I had to pay $250, because it change from Urgent care visits to Emergency. Nothing was found and my daughter has the same symptoms!
