They addressed issues and gave remedy to try and help. Administered covid strep and flu tests for me so I didn't have opportunity to mess it up. Appreciated that.

My writing hand was cut badly and needed stitches and I was checjed in with minimal writing, thanks for the help! Was also seen very quickly and attended to by great staff. Excellent experience.

I'm old school. Have been to this Premier many times. Yet, have to fill out medical history each time. Don't like doing this.

Everyone was friendly, attentive, and caring. I received a call today, the day after my visit, from a Dr. checking in on me. That was such a nice touch. All of the staff go above and beyond to make your visit the best it could possibly be. I will recommend Premier ER & Urgent Care to anyone in need!

Dr took forever. I have come here for many years. The lady said they don't take our insurance when we come regularly. This experience took 3 hours when it shouldn't have

Triage was quick and easy with the nurse, Dr. Ashundi called me the next day to check up on me, asked if I had any questions. Really great care! Totally recommending Premier Urgent/ER Care. Over the past few years if seen a decline of providers providing Quality Care. On Monday, I felt that I was treated with phenomenal care. Thank you!

I appreciate how nurturing everyone was. I was upset and fearful for my son, and the staff made me feel comfortable and calm. They were very kind and calming to my son who was also upset from his ordeal. We left feeling relieved and comforted. My felt all better from his ordeal.

This is by far the best experience I have had at an urgent care facility. Despite feeling horrible the staff made the experience as good as it can be. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and caring.

Everyone was friendly and made me feel better when I walked in. Nurses were very attentive and nurturing. I feel the doctor could have done a more thorough exam, including checking my ears (since they were hurting) and my chest. Great facility.

Staff was Kind, Caring, Knowledgeable. My NP listened to my symptoms, then explained the Ct, xray an other tests. After she had test results gave me diagnosis. She gave me a prescription for med. I was very pleased. She called me day after to check on me an said if i had any questions don't hesitate to call. Great Experience.
