Dr Chavo was great with the kids his nurse the reception and everything was good

I would not have done anything everything was excellent very caring and thoughtful took time to talk to the kids and to us

The receptionist was very nice and professional and helpful the doctor Dr Chava was great he talked to us in about our children he always takes time to talk to the kids and to tell him what they can do and if they are in sports he's just a very good doctor that we all go to him

Dr Chava was awesome. Very kind and understanding. Also i had to have my blood drawn and Vivian was amazing. She hit my vein without any pain or discomfort.

My visit to see Dr Chava was excellent he's a very good and caring doctor he makes you feel safe and explains everything to you in words that you can understand and is willing to answer any questions I have his assistant was also very courteous I would not have changed anything everything was great

I’m so grateful to have quality medical care available right here in our community to address our health concerns in a timely way.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
This visit was excellent-a short wait time in the waiting area (I did pre register online) and in the exam room before the doctor arrived. I was listened to and thoroughly examined, questions answered, and left with a way to meet my needs. From walking through the clinic entrance, the interactions I had with RGH Clinic staff were friendly and helpful,, and professional, with a few smiles and giggles along the way.

Was put in a room decently quickly but it took a long time in the room to see a provider.

Yes. Dr Chava made a house call to see my Mom at Goodlife Senior Living. She was having a problem and it was impossible to take her to his office. So he went to her. He took care of her. He is amazing! Portales is so blessed to have him. He is a wonderful, caring doctor. We appreciate him!
