Dr. Chava listened carefully, explaining what the diagnosis was and why, and he did a referral to a Cardiologist in Lubbock while I was sitting with him and the cardiologist office called the next day and scheduled an appointment. I have never had a referral that led to an appointment that fast. He’s amazing.

Every visit with Dr. Chava and his staff has always been very satisfactory. They are very professional and knowledgeable of their profession. I appreciate and respect them very much.

The greatest thing about this was that I called the day before my visit requesting an appointment with Dr. Chava, and they got me right in the next day. I'm with a very short waiting time in the waiting room. And it worked out very well. I had been seeing Dr. Chava before he's not my primary care. Physician, really? But he did do several referrals for me, which was very helpful. Because I live here in Portales. I used to have a primary care doctor in Albuquerque which is 4 hours away, for over 10 years while living in Portales, because I was unimpressed with the doctor ai had at Plains Regiinal Hospital in Clovis.. Just sorry it took me over 10 years to make contact with the medical providers in Oortales at RGH which is about a mile or less from my house. Extremely convenient. They have a large impressive MRI machine right there and rvat blew me away!

Perhaps refreshments and music in the waiting room?

Everything was excellent the CNA that took the vitals and especially Dr Chava wish we had more doctors like him

Nothing Dr Chava is so good we really love him he explains everything and his nurse was very sweet both of them showed that they really cared for it us and because everything that Dr Chava does for us there is nothing he's always very attentive and caring he explains everything in detail and he answers your questions and concerns so no I would not change anything thank you

The receptionist was very nice and professional and helpful the doctor Dr Chava was great he talked to us in about our children he always takes time to talk to the kids and to tell him what they can do and if they are in sports he's just a very good doctor that we all go to him

I feel all the nurses and Drs I've seen at Roosevelt clinic are excellent and I'm very impressed with them and the clinics and staff from receptionist to labs to Drs and nurses I don't think I could find a better place to go for my extensive care

nothing other than quicker results to me about my exrays and blood work but they are extremely busy and I'm sure I will get the results as soon as the Dr gets them and studies them

From the receptionist to Dr Chava everything went smoothly. I couldn't ask for a more attentive nurse. She even suggested questions i might want to ask Dr Chava concerning medications.

My Mom is 89, diabetic, hypertensive, etc. and lives in an elder care facility. Dr. Chava genuinely cares about elderly patients. He is very kind to Mom, treats her with the utmost respect and is always quick to respond to my concerns about her. He takes the time to talk to me about her problems and offer solutions. He makes me feel like she and I are both important. He even makes house calls to see her! Dr Chava is very professional, courteous and caring. Portales is blessed to have him. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I don’t think you can find a better doctor.

Nothing. Dr Chava spent 45 minutes talking to me. He answered all my questions and concerns. He is wonderful!

Dr Chava was awesome. Very kind and understanding. Also i had to have my blood drawn and Vivian was amazing. She hit my vein without any pain or discomfort.
