she obviously cares about her patients health and always asks about possible problems I may have since previous visit. Always makes sure i have any needed meds or care

From the moment she walked in and sat down she seemed annoyed in general. She was rude. She did not take my questions or concerns seriously. She made assumptions about my lifestyle, activity level, and eating habits, but never asked me anything about those topics. I felt bullied and forced to agree to a new medication, a glp1, which I had major concerns about, but my concerns were ignoredor dismissed. She talked over me and seemed annoyed at my concerns. She would not listen to me about my past health history, which is complicated. She abruptly got up and started walking to the door, opened the door while still talking to me, I didn't even realize the appointment was over until she just walked out. When I got my after care summary in MyChart, I saw she ordered a bunch of blood tests. We did not discuss these blood tests or why they were necessary. The summary also listed numerous items that said she went over with me, but she did not discuss most of things with me. I left the office in tears because of how she treated me and how unheard I felt. This was a new patient appointment, but I will not be continuing my care with her. I am searching for someone else.

She is friendly and very.knowledgeable. I didn’t get nervous waiting for her-my blood pressure didn’t even spike! My tech was also so nice and compassionate.

We do not fit. She doesn't seem to want to help. Just up my meds. I cried and she didn't say anything like lets fix this. She just seemed like she wanted to hurry to her next task

Nicole is not our regular provider. We were able to see her since our pcp was not available. But I was happy to be on her schedule. She’s understanding, thorough and easy to talk to.
