Nicole went over all the issues I had come in to discuss and was able to get the prescriptions I am able to use and ordered the x-rays right at that time so I wouldn't have to come back on another day.

All my questions were answered, only complaint is that the problem is with my left leg(Sciatica) and on d/c paperwork it said right leg. Xray was taken which is what I expected and Nicole did explain process and why MRI could not be done immediately. Pain issues were addressed which was primary concern. Overall excellent care was given. Wait time was long,but Nicole did advise she was running behind.

She's nice enough but doesn't seem to care.She asked "How's that chronic pain in your shoulder?""Still there, some days are better than others." I replied.No recommendations to other professionals or anything. The things we tried in the past failed and asking for more seems like a burden to her.

I was in a University of Michigan plain management study and was using a form they provided for doctor visits. Ms Towns was very interested and asked if she could keep it after our consult was finished. I was impressed that she reviewed it thoroughly.
