You need to improve by having better directions to your facility. It's very confusing to find your place.

I think maybe paying a little more attention to mental health during the whole process. Maybe a few questions to see where they are mentally and maybe history of abuse or PTSD...things like that. I struggled during my process. I didn't gain enough information on what to expect after the surgery. I didn't know I needed it either. Like how and why things looked the way they did. Side note: the patient also needs to be willing to start/participate in the conversation about their own mental health issues.

The entire staff is generous, kind, accurate, and quick to respond. The doctor himself is not just a great doctor. He looks at the whole patient, and he is an artist. I would say he's a da Vinci in the making for his craft and his art and his healing. Thank you.

The doctor didn't give me options that would be available to get the result I am looking for. He more or less said to live with it. He never said anything to me, but I felt my age played a role in his decision not to treat me.
