I did think my initial visit was rather short with the doctor. Talking with a mask on is difficult to understand and having to ask them to repeat can be frustrating.

Dr Pradeep is the only Dr in the last 20+ years that I have been a diabetic that has actually made a game plan to get me off of insulin. That has given me hope for a new future. I really enjoy talking to him because I don't feel like he rushes me out the door and he cares.

Again, I am pleased with Dr. Pradeep as a doctor and the care he gives to me, BUT I cannot handle the stress and frustration of the MercyOne Business office when trying to work on paying my bill for said visits with dr.

It's was quick and easy to see him and didn't stay any longer In his practice at all because I'm a busy person and I'm diabetic type 2 for that I'm sure I will be able to get back to my needs and I'll be glad to recommend my friend and family to this doctor and I need to mention it staff there were very helpful and nice Thanks for letting me know ASAP because I don't have any questions but it's been a pleasure doing business with him I really appreciate it Thanks again for your help?

Dr Pradeep followed up to make sure my insurance would approve what he prescribed. Over and over literally above and beyond in my opinion. No other doctor I’ve seen in the past was as invested in a positive outcome.

Since I have diabetes and my legs and feet are always swollen, I wish Dr. Predeep would check them every time I see him, instead of just once or twice a year.
