He sits down and explains everything and always asks if you have any questions. I do not feel like he is rushed when in the room. He truly listens to you

Dr Powell is very knowledgeable. I have hip surgery scheduled with him. My only complaint is that I had to wait about an hour after my scheduled appointment time both times I went to his office
