Firstly, Dr. Potter is an amazing physician. She listens so well, she gives great medical advice, and she even hugs me at the end the of my appointment. Nena or Nina, Dr. Potters medical assistant is just as amazing. ALWAYS friendly, positive, and personable. Lastly, the check in and check out staff are always a delight to interact with.

Dr. Potter was a fantastic physician. She was thorough, took the time to explain what was going on, was engaged with my personal life and family and was timely with all tests. She was a safe and comforting provider!

Dr. Potter always greets with a warmth and big smile. Her gentleness and calm help relieve any anxieties you might have. She has taken excellent care of me and always makes sure I have full instructions, knowledge to continue care and need for prescription refill. Now that she is part of BJC she ensured me that she will follow my mammograms as well. She is very thorough and was able to diagnose my issues immediately when I first started seeing her. I feel very blessed to have her as my physician.
