What else would you like to say about your experience?
This was my first visit to Dr. Potter and she was attentive and very thorough. I don't think any of my "first visits" to any doctor were as comprehensive. She looked at my whole medical history and previous test results to properly gauge a baseline. At 49, and nearing menopause, she was very open about providing options for symptom relief should I need it. It was also the least physically painful well woman visit I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Potter is definitely the easiest person to talk to. Her calm demeanor makes the experience so pleasant. People like her are hard to come by these days and I’m so appreciative that she’s my doctor. Her kindness really shines through from the moment you meet her. She is a very special person and I’m so glad I found her. Her knowledge about hormone replacement therapy goes above and beyond and I hope more people get the chance to have her as their OBGYN.

Dr. Shannon Potter, is very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. She's really nice and down to earth. I really liked her. I really enjoy and look forward to my appointments with her.

My only complaint is that I waited a half hour after my appointment time (9am) to be taken to a room. I thought having an appointment early would insure getting in quickly.

Dr. Potter was awesome. She made me feel welcome. She made me feel like she really cared about the way that I feel about my health needs. I think she's an awesome person. I will always keep her as my provider.

Dr. Potter has very good bedside manner. She makes you feel like you're her most important patient. She doesn't feel like she's rushed doing their appointment. She seems like she's genuinely concerned for your health and our goals were aligned with the goals of no medication. I just really, really like her. I would definitely recommend her for anyone.

Dr. Potter is an exceptionally warm and friendly person. I think I have to rate her as my favorite doctor in any field in my eighty plus years. She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring.

She talked to me like she was aware of my last visit two years ago. I was truthful and she takes good notes. She was aware of my upcoming mammogram in December. I like her attention to details.

I have PTSD. Dr.Potter took the time before my exam to ask me about my comfort levels and let me know she would stop if I asked. She also kept me informed of everything she was doing and why.

Dr. Potter has an excellent bedside manner and her personal knowledge of my information and attentiveness were/are greatly appreciated and beneficial in the examination process and prognosis thereof.

Wait time was a little longer than usual/expected. Dr. Potter did apologize and explain the circumstance confidentially.

Dr Shannon Potter was one of my absolute favorite healthcare providers. Very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and showed understanding of my how critical my situation was. Everyone in the clinic from Drs, nurses, phlebotomist, ultrasound tech, and receptionists did an excellent job and took a good care of me during my high risk pregnancy journey.

Dr. Potter is always amazing. I drive an hour for my appointment. She delivered both of my babies and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She’s such a bright light and bedside manner is lovely.

The whole staff and team was incredible! I felt more than welcomed, everyone was nice and courteous. Dr. Potter was amazing as well as her assistant. They made me feel comfortable and safe. By far the best doctors visit I’ve ever had. 5stars!!!
