Everyone as super. Very nice and every person I came in contact with absolutely looked like they were happy to be there and being helpful to their patients.

Dr. Potter and her staff have been amazing. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I felt. Like I was heard, believed and cared for. I could not recommend Dr. potter, she is the best physician I’ve ever had.

I think that Dr. Potter and staff were so sweet and patient with me. I was nervous but they made me feel safe and validated. They literally held my hand and walked me through the entire process.

Dr. Shannon was very professional and attentive.

It took a little longer than it should, but one of the Drs had to leave and she was helping with other patients. But it was ok.

My Doctor, Ms. Shannon Potter, has always been very caring and personable. She has such a warm personality that helps you through whatever you are there for. Everyone I saw that day was very pleasant. I was asked if I wanted some water, or if I needed ibuprofen for the quick procedure I had that day. I certainly appreciate everyone's kindness.

Dr Potter is very empathetic and kind. She listens carefully and offers options. Can’t say enough good about her I have never had a doctor this considerate as her.

Shannon Potter is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner. She listens and responds with empathy and is great at discussing any concerns I might have to help me make an informed decision about my health. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to and making everyone feels welcome and cared for. To have both a great doctor and staff is a very rare find.

Dr Potter is one of the kindest and most thorough physicians I have ever experienced! My appt was as a new patient for an annual wellness checkup. I am so happy to have her as my new doctor!

Dr. Potter is an exceptional physician; always explaining everything thoroughly and reading my chart throughout the exam, since I have multiple health issues. Although I had to wait awhile for my exam, it was certainly worth the wait.

Maybe shorten the wait time would be nice.

Staffs and providers are excellent! Nothing to say , I am blessed I went to this office and from the first day I came to my appointment everything went smoothly and when I need something or concern they are all easy to reach out and ready to help, I love everybody!

Dr. Potter is an extraordinary physician; she’s current in her knowledge, she’s so compassionate and loving, and she’s an incredible listener. The office manager is wonderful too: she’s super friendly, completely efficient, and runs that office with precision. This is the only doctor’s office that I look forward to visiting with a huge smile!
