Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Potter has an excellent bedside manner and her personal knowledge of my information and attentiveness were/are greatly appreciated and beneficial in the examination process and prognosis thereof.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Wait time was a little longer than usual/expected. Dr. Potter did apologize and explain the circumstance confidentially.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Shannon Potter was one of my absolute favorite healthcare providers. Very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and showed understanding of my how critical my situation was. Everyone in the clinic from Drs, nurses, phlebotomist, ultrasound tech, and receptionists did an excellent job and took a good care of me during my high risk pregnancy journey.

Dr. Potter is always amazing. I drive an hour for my appointment. She delivered both of my babies and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She’s such a bright light and bedside manner is lovely.

The whole staff and team was incredible! I felt more than welcomed, everyone was nice and courteous. Dr. Potter was amazing as well as her assistant. They made me feel comfortable and safe. By far the best doctors visit I’ve ever had. 5stars!!!

Of course my doctor Shannon Potter is wonderful. I just love her and feel like I am in great hands. I recommended her to a friend just last week.

I waited a bit longer in the exam room to be seen than usual.

I am very pleased to have Dr Potter as my doctor. I feel that she is genuinely interested in me as her patient. I trust her explicitly. She is very caring and I’m so glad she was recommended to me by a family. member. She has an exceptional “bedside” manner.

Dr Potter is a very caring doctor. The lady who took my vitals and Dr. Potter both apologized for my wait. I was understanding of their situation and appreciated their apology.

I appreciate that the nurse and doctor made it very clear that it is my body and my choice in what happens at the appointment. If at any point I was uncomfortable, they would stop. They were very conscious of how I was feeling at all times.

Everyone as super. Very nice and every person I came in contact with absolutely looked like they were happy to be there and being helpful to their patients.

I forgot to write down the Rx instructions and needed to message via mychart to clarify. Dr Potter responded promptly and I got the info I needed very timely.

Every person from the staff to Dr. Potter were extremely polite and personable. I was very impressed and so happy because that is not the case in other facilities. Dr. Potter is by far one of the best drs I have encountered.

Who isn’t extraordinary there?? This is my favorite office to visit. I would continue to go here even if it was out of network. The girls are all family.

Dr. Potter and her staff have been amazing. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I felt. Like I was heard, believed and cared for. I could not recommend Dr. potter, she is the best physician I’ve ever had.

I think that Dr. Potter and staff were so sweet and patient with me. I was nervous but they made me feel safe and validated. They literally held my hand and walked me through the entire process.

It took a little longer than it should, but one of the Drs had to leave and she was helping with other patients. But it was ok.

My Doctor, Ms. Shannon Potter, has always been very caring and personable. She has such a warm personality that helps you through whatever you are there for. Everyone I saw that day was very pleasant. I was asked if I wanted some water, or if I needed ibuprofen for the quick procedure I had that day. I certainly appreciate everyone's kindness.
