Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This is absolutely my favorite office for care! I literally have never appreciated any physician more than Dr. Potter. She is thorough, kind, caring, asks what seem to be all the right questions to come to a good conclusion about my medical care. Absolutely a great doctor.

Dr. Potter is always amazing, personable, and the consummate professional. Everyone from the front staff to the back staff are friendly.

Dr Potter is always willing to listen to all concerns. Reviewed all test that has been completed and made me aware of what test need to be completed this year. Dr. Potter goes out her way to make her patients feel comfortable and relaxed doing the exam. She very knowledgeable and educate her patients. I recommend her to all my associates

Dr Potter was very knowledgeable and listened attentively. She was thorough and explained things very well. She took the time to listen to me and was incredibly helpful and kind.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Potter’s medical assistant is and has always been a delight to work with. She is personable, kind, gentle, and actually cares for the patients she works with. She suggests deep breathing techniques to help with my blood pressure and anxiety. She’s not only efficient but shows that she cares. That is one person I look forward to seeing during my visit with Dr. Potter.

I’ve never had a doctor appt that spent this amount of time explaining their strategy and understanding my needs/goals like Dr Potter and team. I left feeling very empowered

I've been trying to get doctor's to listen to me about certain things and dr. Potter listened,discussed the subjects and before I walked out the door, she had provided the answers I need to move forward with my pitiful life.

Dr Potter was detailed with her knowledge and explaining everything to myself AND my daughter. It was my daughters first time having a gynecology appointment. For it to be her first time, Dr Potter made her so comfortable it was amazing. Dr Potter tells it like it is, straight to the point and makes sure you understand her. She was very patient with both of us and we appreciate the time she spent not rushing us to answer questions or not rushing to get out of there. We feel safe under her care. I am grateful for the excellence Dr Potter provided for us both and especially for my Daughter's first experience.

Customer service, friendliness, caring environment was something I would love about this clinic. Dr Potter is always personable and relatable. My family met her and said she was the nicest doctor and seemed like she cared showing that by sitting n the bed talking and making sure she listened and showed eye contact when engaging with me and them

Dr. Potter is the best physician in the BJC system. It was through her knowledge and expertise we found my cancer early. She listens and has genuine care for all her patients.

Firstly, Dr. Potter is an amazing physician. She listens so well, she gives great medical advice, and she even hugs me at the end the of my appointment. Nena or Nina, Dr. Potters medical assistant is just as amazing. ALWAYS friendly, positive, and personable. Lastly, the check in and check out staff are always a delight to interact with.
