The attention given to The attention given to my 90 years old sister, Jean Kiah. I am her younger sister and POA. I have had to to make several calls and trips to the facility to get help concerning her treatment. Her nurse, Yasmine and her doctor, Dr. Sheff were most accommodating. Jasmine made every effort to keep Dr. Sheff informed and together they worked to make sure she was getting what she needed. Yasmine went the extra mile in making sure we were accommodated.

When a doctor leave JenCare do not wait months until they are assigned to a new doctor. This incident has happened twice to me. When you need medical assistance a patient should be able to go to his primary doctor so they would not get worse and end up having to be hospitalized. That is what happened to me.
