I was thoroughly impressed with the team. This facility consistently exceeds my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, especially Kristal, made a fantastic impression. She's incredibly accommodating and possesses a wealth of knowledge that shows she truly excels in her role. It's clear she knows how to get things done efficiently! Natalie, the new medical assistant in training, also stood out. Her charm and confidence are inspiring, and I appreciated that she wasn't afraid to seek input from her colleagues when needed. That shows excellent teamwork and dedication. Dr. Reddy, is simply outstanding. She is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. Her attention to detail made me feel completely secure under her care, and I genuinely appreciate everything she does for me. I always look forward to my appointments here because I know I will receive top-notch care like nowhere else!

I am a retired RN. Dr. [ ] had been our Internal Medicine doctor for 18 years, since we moved to Reno. He has retired so I saw Dr. Reddy. I never thought I would find a new doctor that I thought was as smart as Dr. [ ]. I believe Dr. Reddy is equally as smart as Dr. [ ]. I have sent several new patients to her and they "Love" her.

Compared to my last provider, my experience was outstanding. I haven't had a provider spend this amount of time with me in years. I felt like she actually cared about my concerns and wanted to resolve them in the best way possible. I am so happy to have found this provider

I met Dr. Reddy for the first time on my visit last week, and I feel very fortunate that she is my new primary doctor. She spent a lot of time with me, went over my prescriptions and answered all my questions. I was very pleased and impressed with Dr. Reddy and her staff.

Yes, my insurance was running out and I contacted the office to get an appointment so that I could [ ] and they were extremely helpful in getting me into the office so that I could take care of it while I had the insurance. I will definitely stay with that provider

Dr Reddy spent the time with me to go over all of my past test results from other providers and explain in layman’s terms any misconceptions I had. I had been living for over 20 years under the misconception that I had a [ ] based on what I had been told by the specialist at the time. Dr Reddy explained that it was [ ] and showed me what the specialist had poorly explained in the past. Great start with my new PCP!

I feel like she takes the time to listen and understand any health concerns. I have met with other doctors in the past that seem dismissive and she is not at all. I feel heard and cared for. She is also able to explain options clearly and help rule out things. I really like her and the courtesy/care she shows to her patients.

Sometimes I think I know something that needs to be done about my medical care and after she explains things to me, I find that I am completely off base and she is so helpful with helping me understand my medical condition or a problem.
