Dr. Pooja Raju is an exceptional pulmonologist who truly cares about her patients. From my first visit, she demonstrated outstanding bedside manner, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was her genuine commitment to my care—she personally called me to follow up, which is something you don't often see from physicians today.
During my appointment, Dr. Raju also collaborated with another specialist in her office to ensure I received the most comprehensive care possible. Her teamwork, attention to detail, and compassionate approach made me feel confident that I was in excellent hands. I highly recommend Dr. Raju to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated pulmonologist

Dr. Raju is the best pulmonary doctor that I have been to, and I would definitely recommend her 100%. She knows exactly what she's doing, and I am pleased with her etiquette, her kindness, her patience, and recommending me if I need to go to a specialist for my health conditions. This is something she can't do. She has one of her colleagues that specializes in it to recommend them for me, which she has. And I just appreciate her. And I hope she never goes anywhere because it's hard to find good doctors today like her. Keep up the good work.

I really like the doctor. I thought she was very knowledgeable. She listened. The staff was attentive, very attentive to my needs. Everybody from the check-in to the nurses, everybody, every single person, I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Raju takes her time to explain your (my) condition and what changes are occurring in your (my) body, causing the condition. By understanding the underlying cause, you (I) have the knowledge to make lifestyle changes to reduce the speed of the deterioration caused by the condition.

The telehealth visit in this case was perfect. I was less than two weeks post-op from breast cancer surgery, and all Dr. Raju was doing was reading the results of a test I had done the week previously. She listened to everything. She read the, you know, she is one of the best doctors I'm seeing right now, and I really wish the rest of my doctors treated me the way Dr. Raju does because she listens and she doesn't talk in circles. And I really, really liked Dr. Raju. She was very, very helpful.

Dr. Raju, was excellent doing my visit. She explained my test results and acknowledged all my questions and concerns. Dr. Raju's nurse was welcoming and showed compassion. My appointment was a great experience.

Dr. Raju has been exceptional, she is working with me to find a medication that I can tolerate and help my breathing. She always goes above and beyond to help.

Dr. Raju and her assistant (I am so sorry her name escapes me at the moment, my memory isn't very good) were absolutely wonderful. They were thorough, informative and compassionate. The care they gave and concern they showed was extremely comforting.

I just really liked her. I hadn't met her before. She was very understanding. She gave me the reasons for things and seemed very intelligent, very calming, very didn't rush things. I'm sure I took longer than the normal time. She wasn't trying to get me out the door. So I absolutely really like her. Thank you.

excellent from check in, medicals assistants and to the fellow Dr and the Dr herself. what a pleasure with staff and your building. Hackensack (JFK) no other hospital in New York can shine your shines.You should teach and train the other hospitals how they should treat their patients by what you staff treated me on my first visit to the Dr Raju I don't mind driving to Edison, NJ to get this kind of treatment.

Very pleased with the doctor. She was excellent. Front desk when I came in was good. When I left, your front desk did not know why I came and stopped at the front desk. Maybe there's a disconnect there. Otherwise, the doctor was excellent. Thank you.
