Caregivers were friendly, knowledgeable and spent enough time to explain my medical situation and potential tests.

For some reason, my GPS took us to a completely different area of the campus. We spent forever trying to find the building and I was worried that we would be told to reschedule.
But the staff and Dr. Pong we very helpful. They were able to still see me and despite my being late, they didn't make my appointment feel rushed. I felt like my concerns were seen and reassured. Even though my diagnosis may not be genetic as originally thought, Dr. Pong still took the time to see me and order tests to help exclude some possible ideas.
He and his staff are all intellegent, understanding, and beyond helpful. I can't appreciate them enough!

The Dr and The counsel were just amazing he spent along time talking and explaining things to me he I feel very blessed and lucky to have them as part of my health team now.

Dr. Pong is a wonderful, caring doctor/person. He went above and beyond explaining and showing concern and respect for me and my feelings. I appreciate his professionalism and empathy.
His staff exhibited the same qualities. From beginning to end to end, they were as kind, caring, and professional as Dr. Pong.
Would that the world imitate the decency, dignity and concern of this precious group of people.
