Everyone was very professional and kind. They were also all very thorough. I was not left leaving without an understanding of what my diagnosis was and why. They listened, and made extra sure I had no more lingering questions. They also ordered bloodwork to make sure we didn't miss anything. I felt perfectly cared for.

Dr. Pong was excellent. Very thorough very kind and compassionate, although I cannot seem to get anyone to schedule the appointments and make the referrals based on his findings. But the overall care was excellent

Everything was great and doctor was very informative. Clinic room floor seemed to not be mopped before appt and there was dirt on the floor of the room

For some reason, my GPS took us to a completely different area of the campus. We spent forever trying to find the building and I was worried that we would be told to reschedule. But the staff and Dr. Pong we very helpful. They were able to still see me and despite my being late, they didn't make my appointment feel rushed. I felt like my concerns were seen and reassured. Even though my diagnosis may not be genetic as originally thought, Dr. Pong still took the time to see me and order tests to help exclude some possible ideas. He and his staff are all intellegent, understanding, and beyond helpful. I can't appreciate them enough!
