Dr. Zykova is a wonderful MD. She listens, offers helpful feedback/instruction and seems to really care about me as a patient and as a person. I also appreciate Alex, her medical assistant. He is very helpful.

I don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t found polina!! Shes the BEST physician I have ever known. I have a rare condition and until I found her I was suffering. She is willing to listen and learn. She literally has saved my life.

Dr. Zykova and Alex her MA are exceptionally caring and the front ofc. staff are always on top of things. Rosi and Alma do a very difficult job and are wonderful at doing it.

When the minute you walk in to the office, the receptionists there are so, so nice and so helpful and Dr. Polina is marvelous. She gave me information that no doctor has ever taken the time to give me and I have a friend of mine who is in need of an endocrinologist and I was telling her about doctor and so I have sent her over all the information and she's looking forward to meeting her and again the experience I've had with her is just so wonderful. I highly, highly recommend anybody to go and see her.

This was an initial visit with Dr. Zykova. I am very impressed with her knowledge, her questions, and her plans for my care. Excellent! I also really like the summary papers given to me when I exited.

My nurse on this day was outstanding, though I’m bad with names I recall him telling me he have been a nurse for sometime and was new to this department. He was very friendly and helpful

Polina is very, very thorough with me. She always takes time to go through my numbers on the graph and make sure that I understand what could be causing it or not causing it and talking me through the changes we need to make on the pump and how my actions might improve or are not improving my overall pump experience. I just always have a positive experience with her even when she is delivering criticism.

Everybody in the office is so kind, smart, personable, and professional. If I have any questions they get answered right away. I feel well taken care of while I’m there.
