I’m so totally impressed with Renown and my doctors care and team. I would also like to tell you that Renown pharmacy is incredible. They are always very polite and listen as well. A total thumbs up for Renown. Thank you!

I appreciate the way the doctor listened to my concerns and I felt she was in my corner ready to help me with all my issues. I couldn't say more about her, how good she is. And all the office is Amazing. So thank you for everything.

Yeah, Dr. Zykova is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. I've been to UCLA, San Francisco, and even in Oregon. Her staff is incredible. The receptionists are incredible. That if you could hire people like the staff and other doctors like Zykova, you guys would have an amazing facility. So don't let her get away.

Dr. Zykova is an amazing doctor. I am glad I finally found her and I wish I had found her previously in my treatments. I am so glad to have her as a doctor. I just wish she had more time in her day and more time in her life to get more time with her people of her private life and more time with her patients. That's all

Excellent care. Dr Zykova is professional, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. I am so blessed to have found her although I waited for one year to first see her. Thank you for having her in this area for those who need help with endocrine needs.

My doctor had a record of my glucose history and gave me some good news! I’m doing better than when I came in for my last visit. I’m finally getting a grip on managing my diabetes.

Wow!!! What an amazing visit. Dr. Zykova provided me with so much information about my osteoporosis diagnosis. She was extremely easy to talk with, answered questions I didn't know I had, and was just amazing. You have a real gem providing your patients with amazing care.

I am always early to arrive for my appointments. This past time, I was unfortunately stuck in traffic due to construction and arrived 8 minutes, 8 MINUTES, late, and the receptionist gave me a very strong lecture about arriving late. If I am chronically tardy, I can understand the lecture.

Dr. Zykova is the best endocrinologist I have ever had! I had my thryoid removed in 2011 due to a rare Hurthle cell tumor. I have had many endocrinologist and none of them have ever really listened to me with such genuine care and concern like Dr. Zykova!

Everyone in the office were extremely nice and helpful. This was the first time for me to meet my doctor. I can’t say enough of how wonderful she was. I’ve never, ever had a doctor explain conditions, concerns and meds the way she did. It made a world of ditto me and my husband as he came to the appt also.

The doctor and the staff are excellent. The doctor spends time explaining lab results and working with me to address changes and concerns. She is the best!

I have a very rare condition and she is willing and able to help me navigate this horrible disease. I’m so thankful someone had interest in trying to maintain my numbers. There’s no fixing it so it’s all about being as comfortable as possible and doing her best and beyond

Mary was amazing in Scheduling/ Authorization and getting me scheduled as soon as she could with the busy schedule the doctor had. Mary went above and beyond to communicate with Workcomp to get my appointment approved. The receptionist that worked the front desk was great( she was learning) the girl teaching her was very precessional and a very good person to be providing training. Dr. Z was amazing very compassionate and caring and show she cared about me as a patient and wanted to help me feel better. She doesn’t want time wasted and wants to make sure we have everything approved to be able to move forward with no delays if I require to have surgery.

Dr Z, her Ma on this day were amazing! The MA called me and took her time guiding me on how to connect to my visit. Dr Zykova explained everything to me in a way it was easy to understand and follow.

This was the first of what I expect to be several appts and a long-term patient/doctor relationship. It wasn’t possible to get all answers at once, but I felt Dr. Zykova was knowlegable, methodical and knew the next steps needed to work toward a good treatment.

They got me in the next day to see the doctor, well, for my mom. And she is a very good doctor, very good listener, very detailed, knew my mom's history and explained everything really well for me and my mom. So I really appreciate it. She's a great doctor. One of the best I've ever had for my mom and myself. She was my doctor, but she's my mom's doctor.
